    "Abs are built in the kitchen" - subjective but good message. If you "clean eat" while still being in a caloric surplus, you'll still end up being one fat f^ck (Well not really. If you obviously are trying to cut, you're missing the point). With that said, calorie deficit (while getting your essential macros) and a solid routine (5x5, 5/3/1 etc.) will get you those abs ;)

    Have you tried and proved this by yourself sir? Just askin

    I reached 10% Body fat once during a cut. So yes. I'm just stating my opinions here. Haha. I also tried doing "clean eating" but I was on a caloric surplus so I got fat anyway (because of excess calories).

    What my opinion stated was for fat loss, not gaining muscle. Well, I could bench at least bodyweight at the end of my cut, good sir :) If you disagree with my personal opinions, you don't have to listen to me sir, no offense :)

    I'm open to ideas sir. Actually, a lot of these ideas work, pero some are just more practical to use in real life. I've tried a lot of things, in my opinion (6 meals a day, low carb diets, etc.)

    Mg sir, pagbigyan mo po if you think i'm coming off too strong. I'm working on it. Haha

    Actually nothing. I have nothing against clean eating. I just think there are easier ways to lose fat. No disrespect.

    Oo sir. Agree. Hard to maintain muscle on a cut. Yo do lose some, pero that's the point of a cut. I just said i don't 100% percent believe in clean eating (It works for some, I know.) I'm not being a guru. When I initally made my first post here, you and another mod agreed.

    We do agree basically, I'm just saying clean eating isn't the only way.

    Katulad kagabi, one of my colleagues in gaming ( pinoy ps forum ) na naadik sa jogging pero looking at him bloated pa rin even lots a month na nag jogging and he insisted "if cheat day is a bs, if you want to diet go all the way etc" sabi ko kasi sa iba na nagtatanong sakin bakit ang payat ko na then they know im on diet dietan but still im eating pizza, mojo's , donuts yesterday and yet sabi ko, mahalaga ang cheat day para sa nag dieta. They have a critical part on boosting some hormones ( septim yun o leptim ewan basta yun an yun ) kaya ayun hehehe..

    Basta ako, nagrerely ako sa nakikita ko + internet feed.. experience is the best + adaptation of your knowledge aquired..

    Tapos magiging bs mehdi style na rin ako LOL arrogant shitty horse hehehe :P

  • You can't "burn off the fat" of your abdominal region via exercise. There's no way to spot reduce, despite what those cheesy infomercials would lead one to believe. Targeted abdominal training can help you build rock-hard muscles in your midsection, but the plain truth is that the best route for burning fat is through diet and cardio.
