    This is more than a 1 year old thread. Considering this is the ONLY post the OP had as a member of the pbb, I doubt he/she has care on what our suggestions/comments about her query.

    And the discussion seemed to have been blown out of proportion and has become a “that’s my take vs the other guys take” each opinion posted has some valued information that can be useful to the OP and the others as well, me included since i am not an EXPERT in "everything fitness".

    The OP was merely asking if there are any great exercise for FAST fat loss at belly and effective to turn my body into six pack ripped with in short period of time?

    And my simple reply is – No specific ab exercise can target belly fat loss alone. It is a combination of a spot-on nutritional planning, active lifestyle and exercise (combination of cardio+weights).

    To go to the deeper side of things, to get to that body we desire, we have to consider our bodytype to start with and genetic response to training, nutrition and lifestyle. Each of our body responds differently to various programs. Some may have similar results, but in most cases, it varies.

    I would not debate on what works best – cardio + weights or weights alone as I have trained people and trained with people (non BB and competitive BB) who got decent results in each approach. I have been part of the guinea pigs learning institute and I can say that some can see results in a short amount of time, some seems to take forever.

    To the OP if you are still browsing the forum:
    Reflect on your nutrition and how active are you on a daily basis
    Try various training programs to find out which approach will give you adequate results

    Food for thought… no amount of rigorous training can get you that ripped or shredded physique if not partnered with a well planned diet.

    i think mine would take forever. haha. legendary 6packs kahit sulyap lang lumabas ka naman! mski ung 4pack ayaw pa sumilip.. :angry: pero never surrender! kapit parin sipag at tiyaga !

    share ko lang din. meron akong barkada na nde ngcacardio and 2 exercise lang ginagawa nya para sa abs. no rice kapag kumakain, sa ulam sya bumabawi. at meron prn siyang 6 packs.

    babalance mo lng naman ung calories in and calories out..

    dapat mas malaki ung nagagastos mo na calories per day kaysa intake mo na calories..

    now, paano ba nagbuburn ng calories?
    nagbuburn tau dahil sa mga muscles natin na nagcocontract at nagrerepair..

    so try to think of these: the more muscles you have the more calories you burn even if your not doing anything..

    bakit nakakaburn ang weightlifting heavy weights? kasi you build more muscles di ba.. and your body is repairing for that specific weight na binuhat mo..

    guys ung low intensity cardio na pang fatloss na yan ay sobrang luma na na makikita mo sa mga trainer sa gym na hindi marunong.. pati ung low reps for bulking at high reps for cutting.. magugulat ka may trainers pa din na nag aadvise ng spot reduction exercises..

    Im not trying to say na cardio cannot help you burn fat.. pero mas madaming exercises ang pwde mo gawin na makakatulong sau sa single digits ( lifting heavy weights, HIIT, plus proper diet )

    try screening your infos in google before commenting please.. my infos were based from what i studied and experienced.. im not making an argument with anybody.. just want to correct the misconceptions here in the thread for others.. and believe me eto na ung pinakasimple na naisip ko..

    Kung gusto mong matuto, mali na yung approach na manghahamon ka ng debate. Kasi sa debate eh ipipilit mo ang side mo at di i-aabsorb ang argument ng kabilang side. So kung ganyang approach ang gusto mo eh di ka matututo.


    Kung ang purpose mo sa pag post mo dito ng kaalaman mo ay tumulungon, sana hanggang dun na lang. Hindi yung pakikiaalaman yung payo ng iba. Sana di ka ma-insecure kung walang umoo sa mga payo mo.

    Kaya naman sumasangayon kami sa mga post ng mods dahil kita naman yung result at nung sinubukan naman ay ok naman samin.
    Di kami nag popost ng "seriously" at "may daya".

    I started at 137lbs, plateaued at 152lbs, what did I do? I ate more. Lifted more.
    Now I am 160lbs, or recently, maybe more.

    Pag ako nagplaplateau pinag aaralan ko kung paano ko malalampasan yun.

    Kapag nagsabi ako ng "wow galing" I am refering to their progress, I am impressed sa mga "copy paste" quotations which helps me to be more motivated, or I am amazed kasi nabubuhat nila yung ganung poundage. Kagaya sa isang post ni sir braso na quotation at post ni sir mighty about motivation. At dun sa picture ni sir braso mula 1993-2012.
    Hindi ako nagsabi ng "wow galing" sa isang personal explanation.

    Single digit na ba yang BF mo? I doubt. Payat ka tignan pero hindi ka single digit BF.
    Kung single digit BF man yan edi congrats at nakuha mo yan. Pero gaya ng sabi ko magkaiba tayo ng goal. Ayokong maging single digit bodyfat pero MANIPIS.
    Nakita mo naman siguro si lastresort, single digit body fat pero malaki muscle mass.
    At bonus pa kasi hindi siya bamboo stick nung nagawa niya yun.

    Yes cardio would help you to go below 10%BF, pero hindi lahat gusto yan dahil sa iba may kasamang muscle loss.
    Ayaw kasi nila bamboo with abs.
    Below 10% bf nga, e kung sa kids wear naman sila bumibili ng damit para lang hindi magmukang hanger sa mga damit sa men's wear, di bale na.

    Yes beginner ako, pero I am satisfied with my slow progress and the learnings, sucess, and failures along the way. Shinashare ko din yung mga kaalaman at experience na napupulot ko.
    Matagal tagal ka na din sa mundo ng pagbubuhat, pero imbes na maghamon ka ng debate e
    dapat nag aaral ka pa, o ishare ang kaalamn mo (IN A NICE WAY) dahil madami dito professional na pag dating sa ganitong gawain pero HUMBLE pa din sila. Sa dami ng kaalaman at lawak ng napag daanan nila, (I am talking 10+ years of experience) e hindi sila nagyayabang o nag aangas man lang dito. Sa halip tinutulungan nila yung mga baguhan na gaya ko.

  • Pwede ba umepal dito? Pano po nangyari na galing ako sa 23% bfat after 3 months naging 12% without your CARDIO? kailangan nga ba talaga siya? Coz im pretty sure kung gusto ko lang ng abs eh pwede ko pa ituloy yung ginagawa ko at lalabas din siya kaso ayoko ng payatot na may abs. Kaya nagbulk ako ulit. Anyway back to my point, i hate cardio, but i lift the heaviest weights that i can. I also incorporated IF and carb cycling with my diet while being in a caloric deficit. I just dont get your point in pushing the CARDIO thing too much. Hindi maliit ang mundo, marami kang malalaman na salungat sa paniniwala mo pero pareho silang tama. Wag ka maging close minded.

    Kita talaga kung sino naive dito, yung mga 10 yrs+ nga sa bodybuilding hindi ko nakitang nag salita ng ganyan hehe.

    Short term goals ang target niya indeed.
