ilang sessions lahat recommended?? anu yun 200 petot buong stomach na yun anu yan once 1 week ba or what??

(yung anak ko dito malamang) :) i'd rather use the extra dough for another type of fat loss exercise sa q.c. ave... hehehe ;)

Calorie deficit and compound movements (like squats) give you abs ;)

When you say "trained" you mean direct ab-work (isolation) like planks, crunches, etc...? Coz you're statement could be taken that Compound lifts don't train your core (posterior and abs) at all w/c is totally off. just clarifying bro. :)

"Abs are built in the kitchen" - subjective but good message. If you "clean eat" while still being in a caloric surplus, you'll still end up being one fat f^ck (Well not really. If you obviously are trying to cut, you're missing the point). With that said, calorie deficit (while getting your essential macros) and a solid routine (5x5, 5/3/1 etc.) will get you those abs ;)

Have you tried and proved this by yourself sir? Just askin
