    1: ano po ba yung hypertrophy?

    2: ano yung carb back load?

    3: pano ginagawa yung paused bench press? mas madali ba yun kesa dun sa nag babounce?

    : ilan sec ang pause?

    hindi naman po sir mighty, nasave ko yung sa inbox na pinag usapan natin, tungkol sa IAP, yung quad/hip dominant, whey, bcaa, nabanggit mo sakin na 70% ng energy napupunta sa pag digest pag busog, kaya inaantok, tapos pinaka mahirap idigest na macro yung protein, kaya hindi full blast pag nag buhat kung kakakain lang, nahiyang ka sa fasted training, sinubukan ko din yun, di ako kumain, ewan q kung tama pag kakaintindi ko sa paliwanag mo sakin, pero ayun, nag buhat ako ng hndi naman ako gutom pero di lang ako kumain, ok din, eh kaso minsan kakakain ko lang bigla ko maiisipan mag buhat, pero pag naaalala kita di ako kakain bubuhat muna ko, simula nung nabanggit mo sakin yun, ayun mas madalas na ko mag buhat ng hindi pa kumakain, tska yung isang natanong ko po sayo yung sa cycle kung nakakabaog at kung mag kano aabutin lahat lahat.. ayu po, dalawa lang nasave ko dito pero yung pinaka mahaba yung nisave ko, para andun lahat pag may nakalimutan ako babasahin ko nalang ulit.. 3x ko lang yata binasa yun, bali pang 4th ngayon, chineck ko kasi baka nga may natanong akong ganyan.. yung tanong ko dito, dito ko din nabasa sa journal nya, yung 5 and 6 lang bago hehe matanong lang talaga ko sensya na po..

    Bro no ofense pero when I started out, walang nagturo sa kin. Ako ang nagtiyaga mag google at nagtry para sa sarili ko so I suggest you do tye same. Dahil masyadong marami at broad tanong mo at busy din ako, short precise answers lang ibibigay ko.

    1) mas maganda sagot ng google
    2) keto diet na carbs lang postWO at night... Again google mo na lang
    3)pause sa baba, mas mahirap, youtube mo
    4)weightxrepsxsets
    5)depende sa tao, ako umaabot ng 100reps straight seryoso
    6)pareho

    Uulitin ko, di kita kinukupal pag sabi kong google o youtube mo na lang dahil mas madami talagang info dun.

    175 same weight to be sure and stay in the competition!
    205kg!!!!!!! 30kg jump and more in the tank!!!
