from 205 to 197 lbs in two weeks omg! im a little worried about loosing weight this fast. oh well thats life.
Mostly water weight. I wouldn't keep losing at that rate or you sacrafice losing alot of hard earned muscle too bro. Are you cutting, or just too busy to eat haha?
first of all you will loose some water (if you are start with cutting).. then fat...(solong as you take care on your muscles)... do you take a special diet now?
did you ever have heard from "Carb Back Loading" ? Somes of my friends had amazing sucess with it..... the first 2 weeks was heavy.. (they lost power) but then Body switched from "carbo burning" to "fat burning"... and the results was amazing... but it needs really a lot of discipline and preparing (calculation caloreies etc)
big dawg - lol people here in our club really dont want to be train by big guys like me. they rather go for the cute and skinny trainers lol. that why i dont have that many clients i only have 4 regulars and the rest are those new members with free trainings.

yates - incline iso chest press at machine flyes lang. sa back naman lat pull tsaka rowing machine lang yung rowing machine nasira pa yung cable. medyo lokbu nga dito sa centris parang pinasosyal lang na bakal gym. kaya nga gusto ko mag ensayo sa ibang branch kasi dyan sa inyo bago mga gamit eh.
allen, whey at amino lang ang ginagamit ko wala pa nga 1 week nung nag start ako mag supplements eh. ang sikreto lang syempre you have to eat clen and tren hard! also take lots of water everyday lol!

weighing 195 lbs as of now still targeting 175 at least. lifting stats decreased by 20% cause of diet lol!
