    just got home from our monthly cell group meeting, it also my monthly cheat day, damage was minimal, i usually sleep weighing around 207-209lbs..waking up around 205, got home and checked the weight, its a tad below 205lbs, maybe it was all the walking today...food includes hainanese chicken quarter, fishball soup from toastbox, sizzling chicken thigh with rice at sizzling plate and for desert, its this pic i grabbed online from crazy crepes, i forgot the name, nothing special, dapat nag halo halo nalang ako or a quart of ice cream


    tomororrow, back to rice, beef, egg and snickers bar again

    Ung chicken na yan tagal ko naghahanap dito. 4 na taon ko na gusto kainin yang hainanese chicken with rice na yan.. sa singapore ko natikman yan eh. Nagutom n naman ako lol.

    nag stay ako dyan for a few days sa hotel 168 near bugis singapore, casa pala yung lobby, may aquarium, puro bombay yung customers

    Bugis? Malapit sa shopping place un db. Napakalinis na bansa ng sg. Disiplinado pa mga tao.

    may nag j-jay walking din, mostly singaporean nationals, sobrang mahal ng pagkain, we walked the entire marina, when we got the the merlion, $sing3.5 or 3 U.S ang 500ml water, sabi ko di na ako babalik dito...malinis, pero nothing special, buti pa ang korea, very inexpensive, may snow...at k pop:)

    oo, after 2 days, did na masaya, masakit na sa mukha, sipon di mo na pansin, lalo na nung -12 na, what more -30, youre in new york right, my wife studied high school in jersey...

    Talk about cold weather, you don't necessarily need snow; Anything below 10 degrees is a lot of bull, you can't really do much outside.
