    sir,, nag keto ka narin ba?? bakit kaya ganun parang nalulula ako sa Fats ng keto, papuno na yung calories ko at lagpas na carbs at protein intake ko, yung Fats dame pang kulang. ang ginagawa ko tuloy pinapapak ko yung butter, at olive oil. tig 2 table spoon.. tama ba yun?? baka mag kasakit naman ako sa puso nito. hahahaha

    Yes, i didnt cheat for 6months. Then i modified it to doing carbnite....Do you know a ketogenic diet is used for curing cancer...btw its not the fat that is causing the heart problems, its insulin....fast forward to 3:30

    Answer me this, why does the inuit indians or eskimos, who eats only meat and fat from seals and whales, have low on no occurance of heart disease.

  • Half a kilo of ground beef a cup of jasmin rice......

    This is my last week of eating at a maintainance...

    Next week ill be in a deficit, currently 205lbs 15 % bf, 32in waist

    ill go try to go down to 195 at 12% and see how i feel

  • at home, 18hrs into my weekly 24hr fast, then the wife orders pizza, a dozen hot wings and spagetti and meatballs....at yellowcab, bad trip

    ilan calories maintenance mo sir? hahaha beast mode din sa pagkain ah. kaingit.. ilang weeks nakong low carb.

  • im going two years on a no carb/low carb diet, maintainance is around 3000-3200, i just eat around 2500-2700..i keep the carbs now around 150g only..

    nabasa ko nag carbnite ka din sir? mas ok ba yun kesa tuloy tuloy na keto diet? pansin ko kasi sa keto kahit ilang weeks pa lang ako pumayat talaga ako, kaso napansin ko medyo ng hihina ako sa gym.

  • that is a given, carb nite every 3 or four days, choose your heaviest days after the carb nite, example it falls on a sunday,

    monday
    chest, shoulders, tri
    tues
    legs/calves
    weds
    back and hamstrings

    thurs
    carb nite

    friday repeat

    if your body adapts, make carb nite on a sunday only, remember, carbnite not cheat day, i eat the biggest pack of chips delight and a pack of oreos...

    of course, you still need to be on a deficit, go research on carb nite muna, its not a license to eat everything, timing is important...

  • just got home from a family reunion, for lunch, i just ate some patatim, california maki, kare kare, then no more.....discipline kicked in an said, there is a half kilo of beef, mushrooms and corn at home, dun kana kumain so you count and weigh it, ....i let them my family eat then went home after they ate dinner, where my meal was waiting...
