  • Yes, if your planning to lose weight, it doesnt spike insulin too much like white rice, white rice is best after a workout, that when you need glucose the most

    Is it ok if instead of eating rice for lunch and dinner switch to potata or kamote? or carrot?

    Base on experience, its 14-16%, lowest ive did was 12%, done using a caliper, a fitbit scale tells a different story, much higher, not that accurate...the more water you drink, the lower it reads, now i just maintain my weight around 200-205lbs and a small waist, around 32in..

    hi sir, may tanong po ako. mga ilang calories po na bburn sa pag workout ng 1 1/2-2hours. high intensity strength training.. thanks po. wala kasi calories yung ibang exercise sa my fitness pal.. tsaka para isang input lang. hehe thanks po.!

  • It depends, im using a heart rate monitor kaya i could track it spot on, i notice on leg day, a hour is around 300-350 cal, if chest or back, its 275cals, it really depends on how short the rest period is, i did a non stop circuit once a week b4, sometimes i burn around 1200-1400 cal, pero masyadong taxing...

    thanks sir!. another question. pasensiya na kung matanong po.. ang lumabas na target calories ko po ay nasa 2k.. tapos pag nilalagyan ko ng exercise na dadagdagan siya ng calories, ibig sabihin yung madadagdag pwede ko i consume sa pagkain? hehehe thanks po!

    lose po sir. yung maintenance ko po ay nasa 2k plus. 1950 calories po yung lumabas sa app kung gusto ko mag loose ng 1lb per week.. kapag nag lalagay ako ng exercise na dadagdagan yung calories na kelangan ko i-consume by eating? ang na dadagdag ay yung kung ilan ang na consume kong calories sa pag eexercise... ganun ba talaga yun sir?

    medyo na intindihan ko sir. hehehe, pero tama ba pag kaintindi ko sir? ganito kasi intindi ko for example 1950 calories lang ang kailangan ko to loose weight.. kumain ako ng 500 calories worth of food.. edi may natitira pang1450, tapos nung nag input ako ng exercise sa app. for example yung exercise na ginawa ko nag burn ako ng 500 calories. bumabalik yung 500 calories dun sa total, nagiging 1950 calories ulit. tama ba sir.? pasensiya na sir ha. hehehe
