It depends, im using a heart rate monitor kaya i could track it spot on, i notice on leg day, a hour is around 300-350 cal, if chest or back, its 275cals, it really depends on how short the rest period is, i did a non stop circuit once a week b4, sometimes i burn around 1200-1400 cal, pero masyadong taxing...

medyo na intindihan ko sir. hehehe, pero tama ba pag kaintindi ko sir? ganito kasi intindi ko for example 1950 calories lang ang kailangan ko to loose weight.. kumain ako ng 500 calories worth of food.. edi may natitira pang1450, tapos nung nag input ako ng exercise sa app. for example yung exercise na ginawa ko nag burn ako ng 500 calories. bumabalik yung 500 calories dun sa total, nagiging 1950 calories ulit. tama ba sir.? pasensiya na sir ha. hehehe
