^hahahah. Actually since feb, no supps na ako kahit multivit's and I'm glad that up to this point I haven't been sick the whole year. Kahit nung nasa project site ako sobrang alikabok, araw, ulan eh exposed ako di ako nagkasakit. I guess 2013 is for me personally and professionally lol.
Pero after nitong cut ko, 3 PM7 agad bibilhin ko lol. deadline ko kasi is November bulk na ule.
cutting for a month now, pag dinadalaw ko ung mga former officemates ko ang unang mention nila is "pumayat ka". From 174lbs to 158 ako ngayon. Sana di nag lose masyado ng muscle mass.
Oo nga sir ang laki, pero mula naman ung may yang cut na yan though this month lang ung matino. Di naman ako tumigil sir di lang ako active sa site heheh

Did legs and abs yesterday. My weight is playing around 158-160lbs. I think i need protein powder on this cut na
kayang kaya yan bro. try mo lang muna magcut for 2 months (eat @maintenance but do some cardio), pag feeling mo manipis ka, bulk ulit 3-4 weeks (maintenance -above maintenance sa calories) tapos cut again 2 months (mag calorie deficit ka na at this point but no cardio).
feeling very flat esp right after waking up. I will try that 3-4week bulk in case I lose too much muscle mass (if it's muscle at all lol). HIrap pag carb deprived, the act of going to the gym is a workout/challenge for me na.
Nagulat ako pag gising ko me bag ng pm7 akong katabi lol. salamat kay esmi, mag supp nako ule sama ko na ung remaining creatine ko.
