This is just this month, got tired of chicken, i just purchase 3 kilos of ground beef and a kilo chicken breast, i now cook them in a single batch and put them on 2 big seperate tupperware, when i eat i just use a food scale, i go thru 500g of beef and 200-300g of chicken a day, around 200-230g of protein a day..this setup last for 6-7 days.
Para yatang 100 a box, last around 5 days, di ko napansin price kasi may kasama syang ibang items, i used to purchase one from royale, but they were not capsules, ok sya if you eat meat a lot...
Sure, 3 kilos of 90/10 beef, 50ml of knorr seasoning, dried chili bits(bonus brand from SM) 4 tablespoons of onion power, leave in ref overnight to marinate, cook in low heat...i added a cup of cashew nuts also.. Pwede raisins if you like thoose, good with cook zero
At home, only one flight of stairs, so i have to go up and down for a single rep...funny thing is the fitbit blaze only counts when youre going up fast, and the stairs must be 10 feet high. If you stop in the middle, it doesnt count.
