    LEG day today.. nararamdaman ko na ung diet ko. di ko na mabuhat ung mga dating poundage ko.. pero nakikita ko naman result so ok na din hehehe

    ang intake ko sa isang araw nasa 2500 cals..

    sample diet:
    eto lahat kinakain ko sa isang araw pero divided into 7 meals. ( almost every 2-3 hours kumakain ako )

    200gm Cheddar Cheese
    5 tbsp ng Mayo
    2 steamed Tilapia ( approximately 250- 300gms each )
    3 scoops ng whey ( MyoFusion )
    2 tbsp ng Creatine ( Universal Nutrition )
    5 boiled whole eggs
    2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil..

    wala naman.. bale ang ginagawa ko ung mga caloric calculator sa internet.. ung may mga multiplier ekek.. compute nila ung BMR mo then multiply nila sa activities mo para makuha nila ung calories na pangmaintain mo ng weight. tapos the usual rule: bawasan ung calories to lose fat or add calories to gain mass..

    ah kala ko lang me specific ka..meron na din ako nun..nagtitimbang pa ko food ko..hindi na lang ulit ngayon kasi analog yung weighing scale eh..

    goal ko lower bf% kasi nga kelangan lubayan na ko ng beer belly!!!tubig kasi smin dati puro red horse..asa genes ko din kasi me lahi kaming chinese, Lucky Chan kasi erpat ko..Lucky Chan junior ako..wehehehe

    ahaha dami ata talaga na yan ang goal. halos lahat tayo eh hehehe..

    Sana matuloy ung "FANS DAY" natin este ung gym visit natin para ma meet na natin ung bawat isa..

    anyway just finished my HIIT this morning.. buti na lang hindi umulan.. then tomorrow's a BIG day!! ENGLISH EXAM ko na!!!

    No weight training today so I can prepare for my exam.. Wish me luck guys!! and God Bless Me..

    @monching: TOEFL IBT bro ung exam.. requirement kasi sa visa so kelangan ko na talaga bunuin..

    @buh: The usual lang na sprint for 20 seconds then walk for 1 min tapos 7 reps..

    taragis bakit ako below 150lbs weight ko hindi ganyan chan ko..ahahaha..i will consider na nga yang sprint-walk routine na yan..hirap kasi smin dami sasakyan...

    no workout for 2 days.. excited na ko bukas.. pakiramdam ko well rested nko..

    Chest day tomorrow.. Anyway, guys nag dedecline bench press ba kau? wala kasi cable crossover sa kalawang gym namin...Yung decline bench naman nila ang taas nung lagayan ng bar.. parang ayaw ipagamit sa mga kulang sa height eh..pang 6 footer!!

    @last- kasama sa 5x5 ko yung decline..mejo kumpleto kasi gamit namin sa gym eh..baka kelangan mkipag usap ka na sa gym para me mag aabot syo ng bar..hehehe

    Back day today..

    badtrip nararamdaman ko na ung decline sa strength.. kala ko kaya ko maintain ung mga weights na binubuhat ko kaso hindi ko na kaya. nanghihina na ko. almost 10-20% ung nabawas eh.. tsk tsk..

    well siguro kasi bumaba na din bodyweight ko kaya ganun..
