Seated Military press 60 lbs each hand x4 reps x 3 sets
Standing shoulder press 50 kgs x 6 x 2 sets
then tinamad na ako. parang hindi ko trip ang fitness first. ang laki laki nung gym, ang laman ay isang malaking area para sa tredmil, cycling station, crossfit samthing area, aerobics area, malaking locker at shower area, napakaraming machines, at maliit na freeweights area! kung ano pa ang kelangan ko. tapos wala pa nagbabantay! wawa yung ibang nag ggym, kelangan pa ata mag bayad ka para sa personal trainer para may sarili silang spotter. mas gusto ko pa yung kanto gym samen eh..
ganyan nga sir sa FF konti lang para sa free weights.. buti pa sa Golds.. and mas mahal fee sa FF..

I ate like a pig from may to this holiday season. Ate with no restrictions, made my tummy big that all my pants are useless now.
Why
give myself first hand experience from being 'not skinny' to my old physique (or even better sana), and see how long will it take to achieve it.
got this idea from an article I read last 2 years. hehe. at first I thought of just bulking, tapos naalala ko yung nabasa ko, ayun pinabondat ko sarili ko as in bondat ahahah! taena perstaym. pics as soon as it is available. woohoo happy new belly! ay near year pala :)onga pala...kilala nyo ba yun? yung instructor na nagpasobrang taba? tapos nagpapayat lang din? ahah para daw icheck nya kung bakit yun iba eh hirap na hirap. hindi ko na maalala kung sino siya eh.. anyway i don't think he's famous
yung fit to fat to fit ba yung tinutukoy mo sir Zack? cant remember the name pero naalala ko yung blog nya used to visit yung blog nya before, hehe galing nga din nya 6 months going to fat tas 6 months halos nakuha nya din yung old physique nya.
naalala ko un brock, kaso di naman siya natural na fatty at pilit lang ung pagtaba nya kaya having the muscle memory so to speak makes it easy for him na.
