1st time ko ginawa kanina. pumasok lang sa isip ko na itry.

nakakapagod pala to! nagdilim paningin ko eh tska parang nabingi. nyahahha. inom kagad tubig.
Bigat nung power cleans oh? nice! pero tama ka pre nakakapagod sya gawin lalo na pag madami reps kahit ung hang cleans lang sa BB complex cardio ko kakahilo :P
bigat nga nung sayu eh, 110 agad ahaha. sakin nung mag start ako mag aral hang cleans saka clean and press 80lbs lang yata. maganda lang sya gawin every now and then wala sya alam ko masyado carry over strength-wise (pero meron pa din gains kahit papano gains sa strength) pero explosive movements for sure meron, saka naalala ko dati nagtataka ung ibang nagbubuhat sa gym kung anung klaseng buhat daw ginagawa ko haha! :P

ang galing nga nung sahig e, sa unang tingin, tile bricks. pero pag chineck mong maigi, may mga rubber padding per tile!
