    Definitely form issues. You will most likely have a lot to work on. Read the link that jettie gave you earlier and that should give you enough idea w/ the basics on squatting we also have benching 101 and deadlift 101 threads that might also give you ideas on form check on the said lifts. :)

    yun oh! salamat sa mga comment at advise nyo. Like what i said before,this time, asa akin na mga kelngan ko para maka focus ng maayos so sususndin ko lahat ng sinabi nyo. share pa po kayo ;) gusto ko talaga ma reach yung addtional 10kgs na yan bago man lang ako maging senior hehehe

    Ako masasabi ko lang dahil 7 years ka na pala.

    1. Since goal mo is bodybuilding at aim mo mag gain ng mass kesa sa strength then choose a program oriented to your goal.
    2. Be consistent and stop making excuses na kesyo di ka nag supplement kaya di ka nag g-gain. To fix your problem you must determine the root cause and moat probably sa poor nutrition mo yan dahil sabi mo nga malakas ka naman magbuhat kahit medyo mali form.
    3. Bisita ka lagi dito sa PBB at sama ka sa group workouts namen.

    salamat brod ;) tama ka, dapat talaga tuloy tuloy. ngayon magagawa ko na yan,may oras na ko sa workout then pati sa mga food at supplement. proper workout na talaga kelangan ko. kung sa lakas din lang malakas nga ako un nga lang nasablay minsan sa posture. pero sa pansin ko sa squat lang ako sablay kasi ung ibang training naman nagagawa ko ng maayos.

    ang totoo nyan ngayon pa lang ako gumamit at yan palang ang kauna unahan payo ng kaibigan ko. ok naman sya sa pakiramdam ko kaya masaya ako sa pag gamit. at inaasahan ko na makatulong din yan para makatulong sa plano ko na mag gain ng lean muscles pa. may iba pa ho ba kayo mai rerekomenda maliban sa supplement?

    1. Try eating around 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body ( roughly 180g hehe nanghula lolz )

    1. A : Lean Chicken breast, lean beef, lomo, cream dory, tilapia or any protein sources found on your food.

    SMUCKERS!

    2. try shooting 400g of carbs a day or more hehehe.

    3. Decent amount of fats ( healthy fats kung kaya pero hindi pwede eliminate )

    Well, your supplements can aid you buff up your protein intake... not that alone can make you lean enough.

    It's the food and macros you what to eat..

    Pagkain muna unahin mo bago yang mga supplement supplement, walang magagawa yang supplement mo kung sablay naman nutrition mo trust me, alam mo naman ibig sabihin ng supplement diba? Pupunan nya LAMANG ANG KULANG at hindi yan ang dapat maging priority mo kung hindi PAGKAIN.

    In regards to AAS/Steroids wag mo muna isipin yan at di mo pa nga maayos forms mo on certain exercises such as squats, deadlifts etc. and nutrition.

    yes sir ;) sundin ko yan payo nyo kaya nga po ngayon nagiging mapili na ko sa pagkain at yung proper postures eh i apply na naten. try ko muna gawen 100lbs yung squats ko para maisagad ko sa baba. nabasa ko na rin "why people dont grow thread". salamat boss

    ewan ko nga rin ba pero kaya ko nga yang 200lbs may spotter. straight 6reps kaya ko in good posture at ung sunod may support na going up and down

    nagawa mo na ba yan bossing ng walang spotter? mas malalaman mo yan kung gaano kalakas ang pressing movements mo kung walang spotter, kase i have a feeling medyo may tulong naung spotter sa pag hila.

    tama ka boss, may tulong na yung spotter sa 200lbs. yung walang assit 150 kaya pa naten mag isa. pero habang dagdag hangang 200lbs may support na po talaga

    ^lakas! sir mas okay kung yung spotter mo eh, 3% lang, literally taga unrack and rack lang at babantayan nya lang yung bar if babagsak or you failed.

    Then progress from it.

    next chest day mo, do the 200lbs again, but with no spotter helping you, just watching you if you will drop the bar or you will fail to push. let him help you unrack and rerack the bar. but thats it. nothing more.

    un nga ung nasa isp ko agad kanina eh. napa wow talaga ako sa 200lbs 12reps. parang warmup ni jay.

    malalaman naman agad yan, sa pag unrack mo palang ng 200lbs kung hirap kana ba or hindi mo na maibaba for 1rep eh. pero sabi nya kanina clean rep is 6 reps of 200lbs, not bad. kung ganun.

    naalala ko yung 200lbs ko na x 5-6 ata amps nagkaroon pa ko ng clicking wrist , tapos yung last rep kinuha na kasi di ko na maingat nung kalahati.. hehe ultra fail!

    Yung picture ko po ba cinasavi nyo o yung pag lift? Sa video negative tayo dyan. Gaya po ng sinabi ko may spotter po ako para makabuhat ng 200lbs so di ko po sya kaya mag isa. At gaya din po ng sabi ko almost 7yeArs nako magbuhuhat pero i still consider myself na newbie sa maraming way.

    To add if you can't lift 200lbs by your lonesome don't count it.
