    Regarding sa nitrotech, sa pag kaka alam ko bloating yan from the creatine, or sabi mo nga sa mealplan/diet tab mo "eat everything" so baka nasa sobrang calorie surplus ka kaya mas mataas ng sobra ang fat gain to muscle gain ratio mo.

    hehehe mga boss, ectomorph kasi ako kaya kain lang ako ng kain. maya pag uwe ko upload ko ung recent pictures ko. and baka po pwede makahingi ng tips o workout routine para ma gain ko na yung additional 10kgs of lean maskels! Sana hehehe

    sir baguhan lang ako sa pag take ng supplement, ano po yung bloating. i know i can ask google pero mas mainam tanungin yung tulad nyo na may alam at experience talaga.

    Tagal to lol pero wag mong isipin na isang pitik lang ng daliri at magic workout routine eh makaka 10kgs ka ng muscle agad dyan ka ma didiscourage.

    10kg of lean mass... medyo matagal to bro :) pero possible yan!

    kahit 5 kilos muna boss kasi hangang kaya ko naman mag gym, mag g-gym pa rin ako :) kumbaga way of living ko na talaga. baka naman pwede makahingi ng workout routine mo salamat

    teka naguluhan ako sa diet mo

    Why not eat more on both days muna for a couple of months and train like a madman?

    kadalasan yung tyan mo malaki pakiramdam, parang may hangin or tubig sa loob. utot ka din ng utot. sa case ko pag bloated ako paranga ganyan din at lumalabo yung muscle definition buong katawan.

    tama ka boss. ang totoo nyan, tagal ko na po nag gym.6 years na siguro kaso ang bagal ng pag laki ko kasi nga po bukod sa nahihinto eh wala pang supplement tapos yung work ko pa. ngayon ho, may chance na ako mag supplement at sa tingin ko di na ako mapipigilan ng trabaho ko para maka pag focus ta concentrate sa workout kaya kino consider ko na bago pa lang ako ulit sa lahat kaya i need your help mga boss..     Anyways, ayon kay mr google at sa experience ko, natatanggal ang bloating ko pag super maganda workout ko at maraming tubig.. sa ngayon .. ewan ko kung tumagal pa.

    bro mas okay siguro i post mo eksakto yung excercises na ginagawa mo sets and reps example:

    Flat Barbel Bench Press

    100lbs x 10
    120lbs x 8
    140lbs x 6

    ganyan ba. and gano katagal ka na ba nag bubuhat?

    ibig ko po sabihin, pag nag woworkout ako, madami ako kumain ng kahit ano pero less rice pero pag di po ako nag gym, patay gutom mode po kain ko hehehe

    pics na din. curious ako sa 6 years :) atleast kahit hindi ka naging consistent alam mo na mga mali mo sa 6 years na yun kaya sa ngayon it's all about being consistent once you begin a new journey :)

    di naman po ako utot ng utot ang napansin ko lang lumalaki yung tyan ko talaga kasi yung abs ko nawawala na :(

    Almost 7 years na po siguro ako nag wo-workout. napapatigil po ako ng mga 2-3 motnhs then balik ulit. ganun po yung nagyayari.pinaka matagal na yung 3 months stop tapos workout ulit. tapos wala po ako supplement eversince maliban po sa kain kasi un ang payo sakin kasi ectomorph po ako weighing 102 lbs bago ko mag simula mag buhat at age of 20 po ako nun.

    Kaya po ngayon, may oras na ko sa proper training at supplement na rin kaya gusto ko mag focus at matuto para ma gain ko ung 10kgs na yan hehehehe
    pics na din. curious ako sa 6 years :) atleast kahit hindi ka naging consistent alam mo na mga mali mo sa 6 years na yun kaya sa ngayon it's all about being consistent once you begin a new journey :)

    yun na nga brod, yung tuloy tuloy at tamang pagkain at supplement. dati kasi talagang kain, gym lang although yung workout ko is vey basic. parang newbie lang from day 1 till ngayon. hehe ang pinagkaiba lang kahit pano nadadgdagan weight yung buhat ko.

    Isa pa yan, fat gain is inevitable if you want to gain muscle. Isa pang factor yan bat ka ma didiscourage that is why there are what we call the "bulking" and "cutting" cycles that we go through.

    bro, wag ka masyado ma derail sa supplements. For now, ang sakin lang eh know the purpose of macro nutrients.

    From there, you know what you have to eat at the same time in the process matuto ka kung ilan ang need mong caloric intake in and out.

    Hehehe even if you have a good training workout routine, but if the diet is whacking you off, it's not gonna happen.

    I'm a skinny-fat categ ecto tho with a bit of twist shitty lifestyle na rin before.. tho i am just on my upcoming 11th month of training pa lang hehe..

    Tama si Yatez! Power hug mo yung fats when you are on bulking phase :)

    legs workout ko, squatt 3 sets 12 reps 180lbs, pag mahina nako nakaka lima na lang, legs extension, as per the weights na nakasulat is 250lbs, then yung isang machine na ginagamit ko yung itinutulak pataas ng legs 220lbss 3 sets 12reps din tapos ung para sa hamstrings ung nakadapa tapos ung binti ang mag aangat 80lbs, then ung huli is yung may hawak ako dumbell 100lbs tapos sumo squat ata tawag dun.biro nyo sa loob ng halos 7 years ganun lang timbang ko? hirap ako mag palaki kahit na nabigat buhat ko kaya now nahingi na ako ng tulong sa gamot hehehe although naging ok naman katawan ko kahit pano(compare sa timbang at katawan ko dati) im still wanting more para maging ideal sa height ko at para na rin sa sarili ko kaya help me guys, please ;)maya pag uwe ko upload ko recent pics ko pati na rin ung bago ko mag workout.

    "gamot"? totoo ba yang squats mo 180 tas leg press mo 220 lang? i find it really hard to believe unless quarter ROM lang squats mo.

    Squat ko po hindi sagad na sagad. Ang leg press po ung naka slant tapos naka sandal di ba po? Correct me if im wrong.At yung 180 po na un minsan ko lng kumbaga maximum pero mostly hangang 150 160 lang po squats ko

    With the squats, you may want to read the full thread HERE. Besides good thread at way to kill some time na rin, if you are busy on your office or desk.

    You may want to hit the parallel or below parallel or ATG squats..

    Medyo mahirap talaga magsabi sir kung wala po pics, we weren't sure kung hard gainer na tunay ka or just eating below your required surplus like akala mo lang marami yun pala kulang pa :)

    So you say you are trainign 6x a week, meaning you need to eat way more food than you think..
