    Thanks sir! hehehe kaya nyo tong meal na to tho super low in carbs ito at high fat high protein hehe..

    Hindi sya mabigat pero full filling due to high protein content

    Those fats were healthy pala... omega 3 oil and tuna then fats from dairy and eggs..

    Thought was gonna be a hard day today... But it was a good workout day even though I haven't finished my some of my sets especially my top sets with my required ranges... not bad a good spotter at my side he never touches the bar unless he sees I failure.. I never trained to failure bad cheetah para sakin...

    Pre workout :
    Black coffee + 3 pcs chips ahoy ( wala lang me masabi lang )
    Warm up set

    7mins rest with stretching on the side.

    Warm up on dips

    good day today tho graduated na sa 240 lbs na 3 weeks bago mabuhat yun nga lang eh may semi assist. ( will upload later the video how it was done na parang nilalamas dede ko hehe )

    Pag friday talaga hindi ko na talaga kaya mag dagdag ng assistance dahil pagod na pagod na ko to the point na wala na kong powers!!

    Warm up set squat :

    45 lbs x 10

    Power clean warm up
    Hang cleans bar weight x ewan

    at ang aking pagkain ay short ako dapat atleast nasa 1900 to hehe.. tinaasan ko alotment ng fat dahil tinurbo cook to at semi lamon ng balat..

    yes sir, pinapraktis ko talaga to, eto talaga yung vinivideo ko. .ang hirap talaga ayusin neto pag walang on the spot sumisita. Everyday ako nanonood ng power cleans pero execution on the day mahirap imaginine sarili.. kaya eto video ang katapat self study.. masarap si power clean pero b*tch ang feelin'

    Holy kamoli! due to an event last night.. eto pinakain samin at napakadami.. isang batch lang ito .

    Crispy pata, roasted liempo, chicken inasal, pork sisig at may inuman ... so decided to do some 24 hrs fasting..

    Here's the meal last night at first batch. ( 3 batches haha lahat halos bumira )

    Sarap ng kainan ibang klase ka talaga Jet....but I guess it's doin good for you...I can see it in your lifting stats......stay hungry....

    Yung mga new entry ng journal dito, saka yung luma na excite tuloy ako after 2 years kung ano itsura ko sana matindi na irn ang physique ko nun!
