    damn heart burn... 18 slices lang nakain ko sa papa john's unli pizza dahil dito.. hindi pa ko busog pero dahil dyan nahihinto ako at nawala sa momentum!

    hay anyway bawi na lang ulet... hindi man lang nangalahati sa target ko... kadits!

    Everything is properly set-up. Tight core, proper form, and valsava manuever implemented.

    Conventional Deadlift (belt) - 300lbsxF @ BW: 150lbs... pull!

    ...300lbs lifted, paused on the middle of the rep, near lockout. Suddenly need to drop the barbell due to intense neck pain. Felt blackout for a sec — exertional headache.

    Forgot to release air upon lifting to lockout... and poor diet!

    Tanong ko lang jettie, pansin ko kasi doon sa mga deadlift sa video mo. Bakit ka nagswiswing everytime you start a set?

    Siguro dahil sa kumukuha ako ng bwelo hehe.. tinatry ko naman bawasan every video na inuupload ko.

    Dahil sa sumama nanaman ako sa mga kaopisina ko sa gym at magshare ng mga experience ko, nakalimutan ko kumain ng first meal ko at 12pm.. nakakain ako ng small pares meal around 3:30pm pwede na to fuel my strength for the lifts..

    Anyway, mainit sa gym kanina plus maraming tao.. good thing nabawasan na yung fuckarounditis gymmates na pangiti ngiti sa salamin while working out.. hehe ( just sharing tho )

    Warm up sets bench press :

    45 lbs x 8
    65 lbs x 6
    85 lbs x 5
    125 lbs x 5
    165 lbs x 3
    185 x 1

    BW Dips warm up

    1 x 15

    Barbel Curlz warm up

    Note on spotter..

    Di marunong yung spotter kahit nagpaliwanag na ko na "kuya, hover fingers lang or mixed grip hover lang ah, pag nahawakan mo yung bar tapos na.. kaso, binubuhat nya yung bar during negatives, nabigla ako ng hinawakan yung bar at inangat ng inangat... wala na ko magawa to finish the set na lang.. Oh well papel, ulet nanaman next week dahil feeling ko nadaya ko...

    It was done on my top set at 2nd set.. kamoteque!

    Anyways, kalimuts ko mag post... nung tuesday nag Unli pizza kami sa Papa John's.. was disappointed about the numbers of slices I ate...

    I was shooting for 32 slices, fasted for 20 hours , mentally prepared and physically ready... after consuming 8th slices at 20mins smooth and yummy.. wala pa , di pa ko busog o wala kahit ano..

    Then the 13th slices nag heheart burn ako kainis! Tinuloy ko until 16th.. ayun pahinga ako.. kasi nga heartburn.. relax tubig daw kasi ang pampa subside nun.. oh well, nabusog ata ako sa tubig nung nawala yung heartburn..

    Bumalik ako at nagtry ako ulet 19 slices lang nakain ko pero hindi pa ko bloated o busog na busog.. naurat lang ako sa heart burn, wasn't expecting it na ganun pala pakiramdam..

    bawi na lang ako ulet.

    standard pizza hut slice. Kala ko nga mala shakeys eh. 5 flavors ang natandaan ko pero pare-parehas na lang nung kinakain ko na : garden fresh, hawaiian, Pepperoni ( eto yung culprit sa heartburn ), all meat , at may isa pa nakalimutan ko.

    Kasi pagnalapit yung waiter, ang sinasabi "Sir hawaian/pepperoni/all meaty/garden fresh/etc ? " ang pagkakarinig ko "Sir, lagay na ko.." oo na lang sagot ko lol

    Sir Allen, try ko muna dumayo sa obsession kung bukas pa by July. baka magiba buhat ko pag gamit ko na oly bar at yung diameter ng plates nila compare sa bakal gym na nilalaruan ko

    Anyways, yun nga sheet week talaga kasi last week panget ng diet ko kasama pa puyat at alak at inaabot pa ko ng ultra OT sa opis.

    About sa obsession kung sakali for Oly bars eh, magpapakundisyon muna ako talaga hehe baka mabigla ako ng di oras

    Bakit ka nnaman mabibigla? Bar lang naman yun na mas mabigat. Adjust mo lang yung plates accordingly kung ganu kabigat buhat mo. Say 245Lbs, then 200 sa plates, grante na. standard oly bar gagamitin mo. Double check mo kay boss mmighty kng may oly sa ob

    actually nakakabigla yan oly bars. lalo na pag hindi mo pa alam at wala ka idea ng bigat neto, with and without ung dulo,

    been hitting a nice gym again and ako nabigla sa bigat ng dumbels at bars. i was hitting 85lbs to 90lbs of dumbells each on flat bp dati sa bakal gym tapos nag golds ako halos mamatay ako sa 85lbs nila, then sa bp kaya ko lang is 75lbs each sides without the weight of the bar,

    nanibago ka lang nyan. baka nde standard ung bigat ng bar sa lumang gym mo,

    baka nga eh.. ulet ako ulet.. Saka lie low muna ako sa makati dun sa lagpas ng tulay.. may binaril na ka gym mate ko kahapon... amps.. katakot. Dun pa mismo sa tapat ng bahay nila.

    mag utol sila nag gygym dun samin.. ( palibasa mga man-whore kasi )

    Ewan num nag slimmers naman kasi ko sinet ko ung utak n 45lbs ung bar na gagamitin ko. Sa plate ako nahirapan kasi kilos, nagcocompute pa ko lol. I-guest kita sa slimmers minsan jettie para matry mo. Sa dumbell talaga iba kht mga nga machine e mas mabigat kumpara sa mga bakal gym.
