Chest day kahapon pero what was supposed to be a very good workout for me turned to be the worst I had in this month kasi ung kilala ko na anak na may ari ng gym na babae nakipag kwentuhan saken sa 3rd set ko ng first exercise TUYO ang pawis lol.

Finished my Pre-med exam, and results were fine naman and sakto last day ng bulk ko I'm currently 172lbs! pero the last few days I've been eating sweets and junks so im not suprised if fat yun lol.
BTW been using PM7 for almost 4months and WALA ni isang negative na result saken.

I just finished my pre-employment medical exam at one of the chain hmo recommended by my company. All is well except for my general diagnosis which was performed by a gay MD. Not that im a homophobic or something but it was my first time i took my shirt off for almost half of the session and first time that I had my balls touched for the "luslos" exam(i had 5x of these and none of them touched) What made me think of it more was when i passed the receptionist and asked me if i finished my consultation with the DR with a grin on her face.

^Nangyari na din sakin yan pero di naman yung tipong hinawakan. Usually kasi optional yung rectal exam sa annual PE namin sa company and sinasabi yung ng doctor if gusto mo ba ipa check or hinde.
However last year, the gay ass doctor just told me to strip down my pants towards the end of the check up so I thought required na sya. When I got back to my desk I then informed my Manager na, "Bro required na pala rectal ngayon no wala ng waiver?" then to my surprise he answered, "Ha?!" eh bakit kami nagpa waiver?
monch, 100% minolestya ka noon gay doc. no offense pero totoo. Nagwork kase ako sa hospital mga 1 year din, may doctor talaga na gay, and they will take the advantage to it. Next time, always request for a female doctor. And according sa statement mo, dapat magsasabi parin sya ng options para sayo kung rerektahin ka na niya. (pwede mong itanggi or magreason out ka).

Dapat no touch yan kasi general practice is papaubuhin ka lang. Dapat may briefing jan ng medical exam at yung iba is dapat optional na lang tulad ng yagbols check lalo ng kung office work.
may medical checkup ako nuon sa dating kong trabaho mead johnson first job ko pa yun, hinawakan ang bayag ko na tipong tinitimbang nya, doktora yun maganda pero matured na. sa tingin ko hinahawakan talaga yun, pero kasi ngayon optional na, pwede nang hindi pagawa yun lalo na yung tumutuwad. well for me, trabaho nila yan nagkataon bakla lang. syempre nakahawak ng type nya kaya may mga facial expression sya, eh tangna kung ako doctor nahawak ko boobs ni demi moore magkaka malisya rin ako.. hehehe wala yun monch.

2 days off. Since I'm cutting, I am getting sores (Singaw) in my mouth, dagdagan ko ng gulay ang diet ko siguro. Also takes more time to recover from hard-workouts, lalot walang supp ngayon.
But I lost a lot of fat in my midsection this past 2 weeks but still a long way to go.
