I have Vitiligo, Its just a pigmentation disorder that basically my immune system fights off pigment cells and loses its color. There were some random spots on my skin, eventually it will take over on my body but not my well-being or my life.
Yes, it bothered me because I didn't know how to explain it to people... and some people were ignorant.
I just involved myself with what I do best, and I've always had lots of friends. Either accept me or you won't and if it's because of my skin then you've got bigger issues than I do. I just don't care, it doesn't bother me. It's something that makes me who I am. It is me and it's never hindered me in any way.

Nahihiya pa ko ipost yung latest ko since di pa noticable sa week 8 using Stronglifts 5x5 na suited sa sched ko.Here's my starter fast food body as a call center boy.. Laking jollibee, BK, mcdo, wendy's, kfc. Humihinga pa ko nyan ng malalim hehehe pero butete.
Eto po pala ang late October- early November pic as I started my training ( bara bara muna that time, threadmill, gym gyman na kung ano anong tinuturo , but I started Stronglifts on November 20ish )

Yun nga eh, ambigat nga sobra, idedeload ko yan sa friday.. hirap ako eh. It's been 2 sessions na may spotter ako kaya la ko choice. hehehe babagsak ko ng 80 lbs yan for sure.

36 1/2 - 30 - 38 hahah pero may taba pa rin ako.. Mali yung kinain ko ng 4pm , pritong toka, lumpiang toge at lumpiang sariwa, feeling ko nag bloat yung tyan ko. Eh nung pagbreak ko ng fasting nung 12pm chicken breast saging at egg eh.. Kaya pinarusahan ko sarili ko nung 7pm, 2 scramble egg without salt, gatas at peanut butter na isang kutsara
Hehehe ayos! ako rin kakarating ko lang. Hehehe medyo nagprapraktis pa ko ng IF, eto naka fasted phase pa ko hahaha ... 11pm pa ko makakain sana hindi mahilo lol
Ako nga week 8 pa lang sir ! nganga pa lang din alam ko at kelangan ko pa siguro maulit ulet since minsan hindi ko ma perfect yung 5 reps dahil sa hirap haha.. Sinusunod ko lang yung stronglifts 5x5 eh
Hmmmm okay yang IF, tanong2 ka lang dito about jan, sila Dalton ang makaka tulong sayo pag dating sa mga diet2 hehe.

If you noticed, I change from incrimination of 5 lbs per do 5 lbs per workout with the target workout weight because I think what the past work out maybe wrong or something tho, not guilty as well
However, everyday I struggle kung ano kakainin ko for my IF diet na pre workout meal..first hindi ko alam pa magcalculate ng needed calorie per day. Kumbaga self estimation lang nangyayari..
Tried that program and proper squat na nabasa ko sa squat 101, nalaman ko na knees out ang common mistake ko dahil pinaobserve ko sa gym buddy ko..
Anyways, since halos 3 lang kami kanina sa gym napagtripan ko..
Same outfit, same pose, but different month... hehe sensya na po..
Ang tho hindi pa ganun ka-noticeable yung muscle gain since tae yung cam ko at walang good angle o wala talaga makita pero happy ako na nabawasan yung bil bil ko.. mababaw pero happy ako...

( paano ba i-calculate ng maayos yung calorie intake ko dapat? Ginoogle ko lang yung calculator lumabas 2187 ang daily maintenance ko at 1600ish ang fatloss ko eh tapos ang extreme 1200ish )
