    Makabili na nga ng PM7 hahaha kulang pala talaga sa effort yung protein kaya siguro minimal yung gain ( or masyado pa maaga para sa result? Oct-January ? )
    at mas maganda kung gagamit ka ng excel para automatic na halos ang computation. hehe

    Oo nga sir eh, ginagawa ko na para automatic hahaha. Para hindi na ko natingin dito!

    Okay, here at the office as a call center boy with the advantages of open net lels.

    So ang gagawin ko, ewan ko kung ano tawag dito pero :

    When on Training day :

    Calorie Surplus + 20% cal

    When on Rest day :

    Deficit -20% cal

    So ganito kakalabasan kunwari ( taken again from IF thread )

    So the Training Day Macros are:

    P = 210g, F = 30g, C = 322.5g

    Calories from Carbs = [T-Day Target calories] – [Protein calories] – [Fat calories]

    = 2400 – (210 x 4) – (30 x 9) = 2400 – 840 – 270

    = 1290 (kCal)

    Carbs in grams = 1290 / 4 = 322.5

    Rest Day Macros

    P = 210g, F = 60g, C = 55g

    Calories from Carbs = [R-Day Target calories] – [Protein calories] – [Fat calories]

    = 1600 – (210 x 4) – (60 x 9) = 1600 – 840 – 540

    = 220 (kCal)

    Carbs in grams = 220 / 4 = 55

    At Sat or sunday isa dyan cheat day haha pero bahala na si batman.

    Nabasa ko lamang ito sa IF thread dito hehe...

    And since Master Sevenstring told me how to calculate percentage nutrients wooo salamas sa mga info mga masters!

    Mutant mass.. at 15 lbs 2600 lang daw 50g protein per serving ang sabi.. totoo ba ito?
  • lahat ng mass gainer 50grms ang protina, pls dont be confuse on whey protein against mass gainers. read the full nutrion facts and purpose of the supplements.

    and when bulking. masyado mababa ang fat intake mo just imho.

  • Im not sure kung meron ng scoop yung pm7 ngayon. Dati kasi walang scoop, by tablespoon ang pagsukat. Ask ka doon sa pm7 thread kung may kasama ng scoop

    yung scoop na ginagamit ko sa 35g serving na whey. by unit of volume, 94cc ang nakalagay. 94 cc = 0.397314767 US cups .. pinakamalapit na dito ang 1/3 cup. kung meron kayong 1/3 measuring cup jan sa bahay, pwedeng yun na lang gamitin mo as alternative.

    Anyway, mamaya bibili ako ng PM7 sa CnC heheh try isang bag. Iniisip ko kung paano magiging 3x a day sa IF ko since 2 meals per day na lang ako.

    11am, at 7pm. ( pre workout? after workout? at last meal postworkout *heaviest meal)

    Tapos twice lang pag rest days?

    Workout day o restday magdedepende yan sa kung ilang protein kailangan mo buoin.
    Tanong ko lang, ano ba goal mo sa IF?
    Saka sabi mo nakukuha mo macros mo sa 2 meals a day sa IF, ilan ba target macros mo? Ilan ang total calories? Ilang carbs, protein at fats?
