It really really feels good when I am breaking my fasted phase every 11am super worth the wait.. to reward myself. I ate at Reyes Barbeque boneless chicken 1 java rice for my pre workout meals, di ko na kaya talaga mag extra amps... at syempre etong 8oz PM7 shaker ko hahaha at fish oil.. hahaha busog sarap!
