    Fishoil lang sir at yung container ng PM7 ( megamass 4000 which is naburaot ko sa tropa ko) at isang tray ng large eggs na nakalagay sa zesto box.

    It really really feels good when I am breaking my fasted phase every 11am super worth the wait.. to reward myself. I ate at Reyes Barbeque boneless chicken 1 java rice for my pre workout meals, di ko na kaya talaga mag extra amps... at syempre etong 8oz PM7 shaker ko hahaha at fish oil.. hahaha busog sarap!

    Gonna prepare later for my Workout Routine B with add on exercise :

    Squat
    BP
    Bent Over Rows
    DB Flyes or any suggested Chest workout na compound?

    - I agree with this one. Magugulat ka na lang may lalabas diyan na mga pandesal while prioritizing those compounds

    Yan... ganyan ang meal. Buti naman umayos na meal mo bro, sigurado kung itutuloy tuloy mo ang magandang nutrition mas malaki improvement mo.
    Kasi kahit anong intense ng training natin kung sablay naman ang diet natin e, it will all go to waste. Keep it up!

    Bakit nga pala 5x5 lang dips mo?
    Nakakapag bench ka na ng way beyond sa BW mo, I suppose dapat sisiw na lang sayo ang dips. But siyempre iba iba pa din tayo.
    O weighted dips yan?

    ^actually sir wala ako idea kung ilan talaga yung reps ng dips sinunod ko na lang yung kamukha ng 5x5 hehee ilan ba dapat?

    Di pa kaya weighted dips hehe struggle pa ko since hindi pa sanay sa pag didips.. siguro in due time

    Dips din accessory ko kapag bench press day. After ng press, 8x2 na dips, mas ok kung may added weight. Chest dip variant ginagawa ko.

    Ah mukhang mas okay tong dips isama sa compound lifts ko.. sige try ko 10x5 hehehe hanggang sa masanay tapos pag sanay na try ko yung weighted dips.

    Somewhere out there sa internet masama daw yung DB flyes dahil daw isa sa cause nun ng injury na rotator cuff ( spell check )

    FTW -KFC chicken..

    3 pcs hard boiled eggs
    6 pcs ewan part ng Fried Chicken KFC
    1/2 white rice
    2 fish oils
    1 serving Promatrix7 whey protein.

    KFC ang pamatay..

    KANTO FRIED CHICKEN!

    Kahit 1/2 rice lang nabusog ako ng todo dahil sa manok at pm7 amp.

    Confirm ko lang mga master... 3 full tablespoon on 8oz shaker consist of 30g of protein right? Ilang fats at ilang carbs? Hehe naitapon ko na kasi yung bag eh..

    Gumawa na ksi ako ng MS exel file ng calculation na binigay ni Sevenstring. hehehe

    So kung mag 3x a day ako ng PM7 and that'll make 90g a day *30g each serving* tama po b? TIA

    Time management wakekeke , currently downloading ako ng Far Cry 3 at Dishonored hahaha at may backlogs pa ko ng LA Noire hahaha.. PC games naman tinitira ko ngayon , taob muna si PS3 hehe since mas lumalamon ako ng oras para matulog hahah...@sir sevenstring..

    23P*4 + 5C*4 +2F*9 = 130 Cal <<=== tama na siya based from the total calories per serving sa nutrition fact

    di mo na isasama yung saturated fat sa kasi kasama na siya sa total fats


    now, maybe you are wondering kung saan mo magagamit yung saturated fats... pwede mo gamitin yung saturated fats for monitoring purpose. eto example:

    may mga ibang guidelines na di dapat mag exceed ng 1/3 ng total fat ang saturated fat and the rest should come from good fats (fish oils, extra virgin olive oils). dito mo magagamit yung saturated fat sa mga nutrition labels.

    example:
    2000cal target macro per day
    30%P/50%C/20%F
    P=150g
    C=250g
    F=44.44g

    Max saturated Fat = 44.44 / 3 = 14.8g << if you follow such guidelines, di dapat lalampas dito ang saturated fats mo

    ako luma gamit kong PC ngayon. ang nilalaro ko yung unang version pa ng Deus Ex. sinimulan ko last week and di ko pa tapos hanggang ngayon hehehehe need to upgrade para makapag laro ng mga high end games. lol
