gear cycle log

first time to do a log like this. im going to do a 3 month cycle of AAS, just testosterone but this time it will be longer than my other cycles in the past. im hoping to to gain more mass and be a bit leaner with this cycle. (god, help me to have discipline) lol.
current stats: 5'7" 193lbs approximately at 20% bodyfat.
diet: normal diet, just going to clean it up a bit. less sodium and less sugar.
supplements: just whey and some multivitamins.
workout routine: 5 days a week 1 body part per day. lift as heavy and intense as i can no excuses!
pics before i journey to the darkside again:
thats basically it. hope to update this thread once a week for results and things that can happen during this cycle. see you guys when i get there.

well, changes that are noticeable through the mirror is till none but i gained 7lbs maybe water wight and its common. gonna come back on monday as its my 2nd week mark.

BTW, i really hate stomach aches when im in the gym kasi baka anytime sumabog habang last rep eh heheheheheh.

kung mas may time ka yung whole program nalang hehe if you dont mind.
DL - 1st set: warmup, moderate weight to 12-15 reps
2nd-5th set: working sets, heavy 6-8 reps
rows:
seated row - 4 sets progressive weight each set 12-8 reps. moderate to heavy.
t-bar row - 4 sets (same as above)
one arm db row - 4 sets 10-12 reps heavy.
lat pulls:
wide pull downs: 4 sets (progressive weight same as seated row).
close grip pulls: 4 sets (same as above)
some times inuuna ko yung mga lat pulls na exercise if i want to do it heaviest as in heavy! then the rest follows as usual. sa pinaka unang exercise lang ako nag wawarm up set the rest are working sets. thats it!
