my blood pressure went up a few days ago, went to the doctor, had everything checked....everything was ok, except the B.U.N., she asked me if i drink a lot of water or not, i said di masyado coz of the weather...too cold, maybe i was drinking a liter and a half a day...the rest was diet soda...she said, try drinking 4-5liters a day...then send me pics of my BP thru viber, lo and behold...everything went back to normal, lower than expected
now...its ok na, without changing diet or taking medications

i dont think so....all my blood works are normal, its ok na after hydrating, funny thing is, my doctor is asking me bout it, she wants to lose weight also...i just sent her links on how it works

hahaha, nag gaganyan din ako sir, pag hindi ako nakakapag gym, pero hindi tuloy tuloy. may pahinga naman. record ko 600 push ups. pag katapos nun masakit na braso at dibdib ko namumulikat hahaha.

bwahaha. pero totoo sir ginagawa ko yan. hehe, lalo nat hindi nakapag gym ng ilang araw. hehehe. push ups to failure ako, tapos pahinga tapos to failure ulit. hehehe. dati 20 push ups lang ako, ngayon kaya 100 - 120 failure. hehe. pag umabot ako ng 600 di na kaya, nag ccramps na yung triceps ko tsaka chest.haha

i downloaded this app to monitor my bp, medyo paranoid ako coz 10 years ago when i was overweight was hypertensive, i still hold to the notion that if you dont know what your numbers are you cannot manage it...same goes to your macros and water...i also do a complete blood works/unrine every 6months.

physiological lang yun paps, parang feeling guilty pag kumakain ng marami, right or wrong? if youre getting fatter everyday dapat bago na size ng pant natin..
ah para ang labas nya ay hmm ano nga ba tawag dun sa inorder namin last time sa isang resto, yung ibang klase ang lettuce yung parang cabbage paps tapos nilalagyan ng karne at i wrap mo rin bago kainin hehehe

sa korean resto mo siguro yun natikman, i was im korea last year, what they do is pork belly, sea weed and vinegar..
