Modify if needed, in this case kung may mga exercise bang naka-indicate doon sa split na napili mo na hindi mo magagawa sa current gym na pinagbubuhatan mo, i.e. kulang o wala yung equipment. Another, adjust accordingly sa most convenient time yung split, i.e. Legs WO on Monday dahil agawan sa mga Chest Equipments sa araw na 'yun. REST DAY sa ganito, ganyan dahil sa business/work/school/family matters.
Tapos pili ka nalang kung paano mo gagamitin yung program. Either consistent increment sa poundage on all exercise (increasing intesity) while cal maintenance or maintain your current strength (as much as possible) whilst undergoing cal deficit.
medyo malabo pla ung sentence ko doon sa taas, instead of using MAX OT 5v5, I will use other program(which hindi pa ko nakakapagdecide) that will mesh with a low calorie diet.
OT: nakakaumay pala ung 555 tuna sisig flavor though 42 protein sya per can. bumili pa naman ako 1 pack force feeding na ituu
Grabe yung workout ko kanina, sobra yung pawis ko dahil na din siguro sa hydroxycut. I make sure naman na I drink a lot of water during workout to avoid dehydration.

Like ako for example, naglakad lang ako ng 40 minutes kanina, for some people that's a low intensity cardio, for me wala lang yun. It's just something i did to increase my activity for today. It doesn't matter if i burn fat "while" walking, the important thing is i stayed active without punishing myself. This way i can save my energy for HIT days.
