    You could either do that. IMO, on my preference, I do it heavy, which in turn keeps recuperation between sets longer, therefore longer workout. But as much as possible I keep the duration of the workout not more than 1½hrs. If I could do it in an hour or less, better!

    I already changed my mind on starting my new program which is 5x5 max ot instead i will use something that will mesh with calorie deficit plan. Anyone who has suggestions please feel free to post here. Salamat! Anyway, I'm already doing my research now so please help meeeeeeeeeeeee.

    Choose among the three splits. Modify if needed, in this case kung may mga exercise bang naka-indicate doon sa split na napili mo na hindi mo magagawa sa current gym na pinagbubuhatan mo, i.e. kulang o wala yung equipment. Another, adjust accordingly sa most convenient time yung split, i.e. Legs WO on Monday dahil agawan sa mga Chest Equipments sa araw na 'yun. REST DAY sa ganito, ganyan dahil sa business/work/school/family matters.

    Tapos pili ka nalang kung paano mo gagamitin yung program. Either consistent increment sa poundage on all exercise (increasing intesity) while cal maintenance or maintain your current strength (as much as possible) whilst undergoing cal deficit.

    medyo malabo pla ung sentence ko doon sa taas, instead of using MAX OT 5v5, I will use other program(which hindi pa ko nakakapagdecide) that will mesh with a low calorie diet.

    OT: nakakaumay pala ung 555 tuna sisig flavor though 42 protein sya per can. bumili pa naman ako 1 pack force feeding na ituu :/

    Grabe yung workout ko kanina, sobra yung pawis ko dahil na din siguro sa hydroxycut. I make sure naman na I drink a lot of water during workout to avoid dehydration.

    I get your point sir pero mas mamaximize ng cardio ang weightloss ko at syempre together with calorie deficit. At tsaka I do cardio during my rest days hirap kasi pag endo dahil sobrang hirap mag lose ng weight. Anyway thanks sir!

    lol, Sorry for that pero i will not cut another 200-300 calories from my diet, I'll rather do cardio or anything that will help me to burn calories.

    Totoo bang dapat nakaparallel ang arms sa shoulder kapag nag bbench press? tinuturo kasi nung malaki katawan sa gym sa mga beginner na ganon daw ung tamang form. HAHA natawa lang ako habang tinuturo niya.

    PS pano iwasan ang chocolates, hayy sira ang diet isang upuan ba naman ang nutella at cadbury.

    @sir vinch IIFYM ung 16 hours kang walang kinakain diba? If I am correct, hindi ko kaya yun sobrang bilis ko magutom mas gustuhin ko pang kumain na lang ng konti.

    google mo yung IIFYM, makakatulong yan sa cravings mo. ginagawa ang IIFYM anytime, any goal. Kahit bulking, cutting, culking, fulking....

    Example: you need 50 grams of carbs and 15g of fat

    you can either have:
    50g of carbs from white rice and 15g of fat from Olive oil OR 50g of carbs and 15g of fat from Snickers

    Same macro content pero flexible ang choices :)

    still no progress on my cutting. For now ill try to do cardio everyday pero 2 days na ako nagising pero naulan, sad la.

    @sir vinch Ayun walang nabawas tho consistent naman ang training kaso ung diet minsan nasisira.
