Mali ang example mo sa sequence, at ang better na tawag doon is 'transition'. Yun yung kung paano kafle-flex towards from one pose to another.
Sa example naman na binigay mo, hindi talaga basta taas yung arms kapag hinit ang double back biceps. Let's take sir @Chico enzo double back biceps pose as an example...
Arms should be elevated parallel or slightly above parallel from the floor. Not leaning back too much. Also, equal yung pagkaflex at raise ng both arms/biceps. Which shows the greatest biceps peak. But there are also some ways to pull this pose.

Mastery of Illusion. It's just a matter which pose works for your muscle shape and structure. Which shows your strength and hide your weakness, without putting much effort to hold the pose.

It's been already a year since i joined this community. Just wanna share my (slow) progress. Anyways, thanks to everyone who helped me through my journey. Hope to have a much better progress for the next 12 months...
