    @Chico Enzo ako rin di ko na muna ginagawa upright rows kasi may weird feeling akong nararamdaman sa right delts ko tapos medyo masakit pa sa wrist(mali pa kasi ang hawak ko nun)

    End of mini cut, need to work harder and be consistent in the coming months of bulking. Chest is obviously the weakest body part but its coming along pretty well.

    hehehe.... sa bagay kaya ko naman kasi nasabi yun kasi nung nag bulk ako after ko mag register dito sa site at natutunan ko ung salitang yun, ang bilis ko nga na gain ung more than 10kgs ang problema nawala un abs for the girls hahaha kaya next bulking ko pahupain ko lang summer, gagawen ko nang maayus ung bulk ko hehehe good luck saten lahat sa mga goal naten :)
