    just browsing over the internet regarding my pec weirdness and found out that i may have a "pectus excavatum" or better know as sunken chest. Whew, i think this is the main reason why i can't pack muscle in my inner pecs. I still need to do some research about this condition and might see a doctor soon. kd4ids.jpg

    idol meron ka rin bang PE? grabe naparanoid ako nung nagcomment ka sa journal ko about dun sa pe. kala ko may mali lang sa workout ko then nag research ako and confirmed na may mild PE nga ako at madami rin pa lang may ganun kala ko nag iisa ko. lol PE rin po ba yung sayo ?

    Di ko na tinuloy sir kc mild lng ung sa akin. Medyo na paranoid lng ako nung una dahil sa mga nabasa ko. Yun pala sa mga severe cases kng pala ung breathing issues and some heart issues as well. Sa state ko ngaun medyo d cya maganda tingnan kc mataas bodyfat ko so na propronounced ung dent lalo. Pero bahala na bulk lng ng bulk. C steve reeves nga may pectus din:)lol, idol talaga? Im just having a goodtym sa pag pose, d nga ako marunong. Yung details ko sa sidebar ngayon ko lang napuna, nawala nga hahaha. Update ko nalang later, nka mobile kc ako...

    Mas maiintindihan mo rin 'yan 'pag nagtagal ka pa sa larangan na'to. Nung una prinopoblema ko kung paano madedevelop yung sa gitna. Simple lang pala, madedevelop din 'yan kapag nagka-mass ka na sa chest area. Although yung width ng cleavage at shape ay nasa genetics na 'yun. Na-interes din ako dito, dahil may alam kong competitive na bodybuilder may malaking width ng split sa chest. May galit/alitan daw kasi yung chests nya kaya ganun, sabi nung mga taong may galit sa kanya. [size=x-small](Kidding aside, though totoo yung sinabi kong may mga taong galit doon, mayabang 'raw' kasi.)[/size] But I can't say na meron sya nung case ng pectus excavatum [size=x-small](I refrain using the acronym PE, dahil reserved word na 'yun for penile enlargement, kaya napapa-LOL nalang ako tuwing may makikita akong gumagamit nun dito. hashtag, ang immature ko! Mahirap i-master ang mga back poses kapag mahina ang mind-muscle connection. Pero pansin yung difference ng lats mo. Pero ok lang kung hindi ka naman makikipagcompete, at isa pa magaling ka naman mag-pose. [size=x-small](O walang aangal at kokontra! O magpa-humble pa, compliment 'yun!     ako pag nag popose ako maka flex lang ok na at basta tumigas pag ka flex ok na hahah hindi pala dapat ganun sabi sakin sa gym dapat daw may sequence halimbawa nga s back double bi, hindi basta taas hehehe hirap talaga maging bodybuilder pati posing dapat pinag aaralan hehehe
