    Badtrip talaga ilang araw ng sira tulog ko, kaya ayaw ko ng may mahabang bakasyon. Na sisira sleep pattern ko. lol

    Muntikan na akong ma-badtrip, kala ko na injure ko yung kaliwang balikat ko. Buti after kong mag shrugs na itataas ko uli. Bawas tuloy ako ng poundage sa mga remaining shoulder exercises haha.

    Lat Pulldown (Luma na yung machine hanggang 200lbs pero di ko alam kung tama pa yung weights + 2 15lbs DBs, nakapatong.) 9x9x9

    Seated Cable Row 200 lbs (same machine ng lats) 9x9x9

    DB rows (yung di-turnilyong DB gamit) 65 lbs (3 15lbs+20lbs) 7x7x7


    Mahina pa talaga ang grip ko kahit alternate grip na ang gamit ko sa DLs

    Baka dumudulas lang sir dahil sa pawis. Ganyan din ako noon before ako gumamit ng chalk kala ko mahina grip ko pero di pala.

    Try mo din hold yung bar on the last rep of your last set for as long as you can. Tapos plate grips, kroc rows (hig reps), go heavy on BB shrugs and negative DL's.

    Yung left ring at middle finger yung nasisira yung grip. Baka nga boss sa pawis, pawisin kasi ang palad ko kaya ako nag gloves. Ok naman yung grip ko sa kroc rows (DB Row?). Sa Shrugs naman boss halos 85% ng bigat ng DLs ang nagagawa ko. Same weight sila ng Stiff DLs ko.
