    Decided to check yung pinagrelocatan nun box na pinupuntahan ko dati' its now 9km away from me (its like 10 mins without traffic at 45 mins kung meron :duh: ) Its better ngaun loving it!

    Provincial rate... Hehehehe monthly nga Asa 800 Lang. It's is located sa Bauan, Batangas. From lipa sa exit ng startoll siguro 1hr pa Kung walang trapik.

    @mikol22 after ng bayan ng bauan diretso ka Lang way going to lemery' after she'll station at before seaoil. before bauan doctors. BFMB (bauan fitness and muscle box) name nun gym.

    Mali yung recieve mo sa cleans kng nagka pasa clavicle mo. praktisin mo dapat sa delts nakapatong yung bar. Or maybe fatigue has taken its toll kaya hirap ka na sa proper form :) train safely

    Thank you idol. Parang more of fatigue. The first 2 round was fine pero yung last round ko... pak' 3 beses tumama. :duh: I think the key is practice practice. :blush: Sabi nga nun trainer ko isama ko daw sa warm up ko yung clean kahit bar lang.

    Week 3 Candito Program

    Squats 3x5 180lbs
    1x5 200lbs ( :yahoo: finally asa 200lbs club na sa squat... attempted 195lbs last October with a bad form. Deload after that and stay sa 140-160lbs at ndi ko na ulit sinubukan until kanina. :blush: )
