    Sir sa digital scales lang. I used yung scale nun nag heherbal life which gives me all those data.

    Thank you idol... Sana next year mas magandang result. Problema lang nagsara na box na pinupuntahan ko kasi nagrelocate sila mas malayo sa akin =( so downside nito less work out in a week. Pero kaya yan... aiming for better result pa. :blush:

    1st day sa bagong gym (nagsara na yung box, relocating). Pros - more equipment/machine. Cons - No oly bar, less dumbell, slightly smaller plates, less and light kettle bell.
    I think modify ng konti ang push, pull, leg. Since may mga machine then I'll take the opportunity to use it.

    Tried the new gym dun sa town ng family ko... how I wish na malapit sya sa akin. Drove 40 mins. I was amaze with the machine they have. PROS - Everything, lots of dumbells, kettlebell, oly bar... CONS - It's 32 km from my house. :sleepy:

    PULL - BB (Back/Biceps)
    Deadlift
    Lat Pulldown
    Seated Cable Pull
    Shrug
    Preacher Curls
    Bicep Curl

    It may sound stupid, I think yung rubberized plate at yung bakal na plate (by. Ensayo) kahit pareho silang 45lbs eh magkaiba ng bigat' :jd: o baka feeling ko lang yun :blush: Nag DL kasi ako last set of 210lbs with the bakal plate, naka 2 reps lang ako. But last week nag DL ako 225lbs with rubberize plate and naka 10 reps ako. WEIRD. :twitcy:

    Hahahaha oo nga.. kelangan maging friend kami nun bakal na plates para makisama sya sa akin. :lol or baka sir may food intake nag baba kasi ako ng cal intake the past 3 days. :blush:

    himasin mo chaka mag man to man talk kayo nung bakal plates. "WE NEED TO WORK TOGETHER" haha. yep, baka kulang ka ng pagkain nung mga days na naka bakal plate ka paps. chaka ung workout routine mo before mo ginawa sa rubber plates. pareho lang yan AFAIK. tinitimbang naman yan sa pagawaan paps. :)

    Dec 5, I was at my 84kg... now at 81kg (last time na 81kg ako was 14 years ago pa ata), consistent sa cutting phase pero weaker. Pansin ko lang eh puro deload ako ngaun week na to, most of my routines talagang bawas load. Like today, OH Press before was 105lbs at okay na okay pa, pero ngaun at 100lbs struggling na. Same as last week before 155lbs sa BP eh smooth ngaun sa 135lbs nangininig na ako. :banghead:

    Mga idol, anyone experience same conditions? :blush: Is it normal na pag nag cut ka sa timbang mo malaki chance na weaker ka pag nagbuhat? or am i doing wrong? ENLIGHTEN me :huh & Paano to masosolusyunan? =( Thank you.

    Baka overtraining or low synergy haha. Maraming factor yan. Pwedeng puyat or yung workout mo catabolic na sa dami hehe.

  • Early christmas gift ni misis... PM7. Tried this morning and not bad. Mix it with homemade soya milk, panalo din. :blush:
    Naka holiday mode na, its been 4 days without work out and hoping makapagworkout pa before year end. MALIGAYANG PASKO mga kakosa. Cheers!
