Felt happy because I got a new PR for my snatch,and I did it without recieving low. So I guess I can add more weight. (I'm not rushing anyway) good thing I took a video of my snatch execution and it's now subjected for my personal review and assessment of my form haha
Great workout especially for mobility and core. Damn courtesy to the training, I discovered that I still have tightness on some parts of my body (wtf hahaha). Not to mention how my core was put to the test (naging baby yung core ko) haha. Thanks UP diliman
