Kung ano weight mo ngayon make use of it. Be sure you are the strongest in your weight hehe. Para pag may pambili ka na foods and supps. Mas madali na Lang haha

    oo nga e. ganu ka na katagal gumagamit ng pm7? nakukuha mo ung kailangan mong protein sa isang araw? mahirap dn maging matangkad e kahit 70kl na parang slim padin ang katawan. di katulad pag ang height lang e 5'7 pababa ung 70kl ang lake na nila tignan.

    mas masarap pa rin ang matangkad haha. Once na balance ang growth ng body mo. Sa picture muka ka lang normal, pag maliit mukang matangkad. kaya train all your muscle parts haha

    Felt happy because I got a new PR for my snatch,and I did it without recieving low. So I guess I can add more weight. (I'm not rushing anyway) good thing I took a video of my snatch execution and it's now subjected for my personal review and assessment of my form haha :)

    Tried gymnastics earlier.

    Great workout especially for mobility and core. Damn courtesy to the training, I discovered that I still have tightness on some parts of my body (wtf hahaha). Not to mention how my core was put to the test (naging baby yung core ko) haha. Thanks UP diliman

    next stop, to Vito Cruz. My friend told me that there's a strength and conditioning coach who trains national athletes for sprinters and swimmers.

    Just doing some case studies for formulating my new program this September, using myself as the guinea pig :)

    hindi ako member bro, dumadayo lang, kasi jan nagggym yung gf ko and kapatid niya. Maganda yung gamit nila and malinis. Pwede ibagsak yung mga plates pag heavy haha. May locker pa and shower. :)

    I strongly suggest na sumali ka dito bro, experience din to, and at the same time motivation na rin :)

    ( but then again, it depend on your numbers, if im not mistaken , they do jerk, squat, dl. ) di ko lang alam ung iba. Kelan daw to sa sept? San venue?

    Video based pala siya, indi actual Crossfit meet. :)

    pero ang alam ko may event talaga yung crossfit. manila throwdown din yun eh, last year ata.
