    @ghee Sayang bro di ka nakasali. Masaya siya and assessment na rin sa pinaghirapan mo sa gym. Sana next time makasali kayo. Buo tayo team PBB haha.

    Regarding sa oly lift. Madali lang siya matutunan, ang prob is kelangan mo biglang ng extra time and expenses. Dumadayo ako sa mga gym/boxes para matutunan yung mga movements.

    Eto yung mga training area ko:

    -Sa gymnastics dumadayo ako sa up diliman.

    -Sa powerlifting maganda sa sky high fitness and crossfit alpha strike.

    -Sa strength and conditioning sa may rizal stadium. May coach dun na nagttrain ng mga nat'l athlete.

    -bodybuilding sa extreme fitness haha

    - pinapractice ko yung natutunan ko sa YMCA. Puro oly bars and rubber plates kasi.

    Mukang hassle pero fun kasi iba2 yung atmosphere and pinagaaralan. Haha

    @Ohsnap, oo naenganyo tlga ko. i have couple of friends na nag cocompete din sa titan. ung pinaka malapit sa kin crossfitinsurecto ba yun. sa may sct torillo qc chaka meron pa isa e sa mgay bannapple banda sa may tomas morato. haha. ako gusto ko lang tlga itry, kaso parang medyo pricey ung box enrollment?
    Meron bang pang strongman talaga dun sa titan games or crossfit lang talaga? yung nakita ko kasi dati sa site puro pang crossfit wala talaga yung pang strongman na as in palakasan.

    Un ang punto ko sir @badass_vinch, nag hahanap ako sa mga forums, sites ng list of games ni titan kaso wala kong makita. gusto ko sana makita ung line up of events nila kaso privy ata

    yung last event ng throwdown may rope climb, atlas ball, yoke carry, and log lifts :)

    Ayan, yung challenge1-4 yung nakita ko, parang ni-revise pa nga kasi parang mas madami yung sa list na pinakita sakin. Crossfit games talaga yung TItan, since hindi rin practical yung totoong strongman competition dahil malamang kokonti ang sasali. Kokonti lang din naman ang magka-qualify kung sakali na pure strongman event. Hindi kikita yung promoters. Parang ganyan din yung sa GNC e. Siguro in a few years magkakaron na talaga ng separate crossfit games at strongman competition dito sa pinas.

    Sobrang hirap pala from squat position. Plus may wrap pa yung bar so mapunta yung weight sa chest and ma lessen yung pressure sa shoulder haha

    alam mo gusto ko din bumili ng bike. kaso d ko alam kung matritripan ko gawin for a long time. kasi tho im big im vvery active sa sports. as in ung may interaction. basket, boxing, american football etc. tried running in a competitive level, kaya ko ung training pero tinamad ako sa huli :( used to be a swimmer back in hs so gusto ko sana mag triat kaso un nga d ko kaya ung running (tamad na tamad ako :( ) ung biking naman since nag rerecover ako sa acl injury bking is very impt sa rehab ko. so nag stationary ako sa gym. pero ang catch, kahit gano ako kafocus, pag naupo na ko and past 10 + mins tinatamad na naman ako. :( so di ko laam kung mag iiba effect sakin pag nag roroam around na ko with bike.

    The question is, how bad you want it? haha. Dumadating din ako sa ganyan na medyo tinatamad. But no man is an island. Kaya nagaaya ako ng makakasama para ma motivate. I go to other gyms or box para maiba yung environment. Makikipagkwentuhan ako sa di ko kilala when i see something new na skill or training. In short, Be spontaneous haha.

    Regarding sa stationary na bike pwede siya pang rehab basta alam mo yung adjustments. Make or break kasi yun pag di tama yung adjustment base sa katawan mo hehe

"how bad do you want it" reminds me of the motivational video sh*T na "AS MUCH AS I WANNA BREATHE" hahaha. oo, kaso naboboringan tlga ako, as much as i want to do it as much as possible (for rehab and cardio purposes) kahit naka headphones and halo halong pumped up music na, di ko ma grasp ung pag ka hook. kaya ung question ko iba ba tlga pag nasa labas kna? i mean the actual bike na mismo na syempre may mga nakikita kna sa daan and etc.

May halong adrenaline pa haha lalo na pag nasa highway at maraming bus and at the same time nakakarelax pag nasa greenery na kami dumaan, tapos masaya pag nagstopover para magsnack and refreshments kasi marami kami napagkkwentuhan tungkol sa experience and/or nakikita sa daan haha. Once nga i tried yung fixed gear na bike (ung ginamit sa premium rush) haha di na ako umulit kasi nakakatakot haha. Maganda yung pang trail na bike.
