About sa wide stance. Ganyan lagi stance ko di ko alam na pwede pala iba iba. Ano po difference kung mas narrow yung Gagawin ko? Hirap kasi ako sa narrow medyo mahaba kasi limbs ko XD

Mas malaki yung range of motion. Taking your groove to a wider stance diminishes that. Mas lower kasi ang ROM kapag any stance wider compared to that shoulder-width stance. In my own experience, also, wide stance puts more activation to the hams.

Regarding sa diet. Kinakain ko lang Kung Anu ulam sa bahay. Sa umaga lang ata ako Hindi nagkakanin haha. Effective din saken yung PM7. Yes... on my last program. Following my protocol, similar to deadlifts. Low Bar Squats on pyramid scheme. On first two sets, I do wide-stance to recruit and warmed up the hammies. Then slightly-wide stance on third, sometimes up to fourth. Starting to incorporate more on the quads, getting it prepared for the top set. Finally, narrow on the top of the working sets, which is the fifth. Followed by drop set on wide stance. In that way I can work on different muscles.
It's similar to the deadlifts working sets scheme in the way of gripping. Conventional Deadlifts on pyramid scheme. Overhand Grip on first two-three sets, though you can go as further sets as you can, but stop the set when your grip failed holding the barbell. Then switch to Mixed Grip all the way to the top set. Then switch back to Overhand Grip on a drop set. In that way, I hit two birds in one stone, strengthening my back and grip at the same time.
@mikmik Nung first nagtry ako ng mutant mass medyo naging bloated ako. Naka 2 bags ako ng MM and now 1st bag ko ng pm7 and bibili ako ng 2nd this week @core pati grip pala may variations din.
