    Kaya naman yan sir, yung pull up bar may katabi na decline bench.
    pagka knee raises rekta kagad plate twist sakit nga sa abdominals eh.

    Tsaka wala gaano espesyal dito kasi nagpapahinga pako kada superset dati kasi yung log ko na abdominals 10mins o 5mins konting hinga o lakad lang masasabi ko na pahinga.
