    Sa umpisa siguro lalo pagnasanay ka mag conventional. Mahirap din kung yung build ng katawan mo eh hindi para sa Sumo at lalo na ibang technique sya.
    Check mo vids ni omar isuf at silent mike may vids sila regarding dyan para may ideya ka sa set up bago mo subukan :)

    Yung iba dyan warm up palang. Minsan 10 sets pa nga total eh.
    Minsan 4sets lang pero superset or giant set.

    Nakakapagod? YES.
    Pero dyan ako lumakas at gumanda katawan (konti).

    Seen the video sir wtf naka badass green shirt ka pa! yan yung wala ako eh huhuhu, pati yung limited na black :(. Dagdag lakas lalo idol! By the way ang laki mo pala talaga sir hahahaha

    Yung tungkol sa malaki ako, baka sa angle lang ng camera.
