This is the biggie. Break it and you get a warning. Break it again, your name goes in the book. Third time, you're banned from PBB for a duration of our choosing. There will be no warnings, no appeals. Personal attacks and insults of any form will not be tolerated on this board from here on in. If you feel harassed or mistreated please click the iReport link at the top navigation of this site for us to immediately investigate.
Everyone has a right to their own opinion, and a right to express it in this forum. But everyone needs to understand that by doing this, they're hoisting that opinion up for everyone else to either salute, ignore, or take shots at.
Just to remind you some members see things very differently from the way you do and will hold you to account for your opinions and assertions. Knowing this, you are forced to look carefully at your own opinions, try to anticipate how others will perceive them and what objections they might raise, and ask yourself how you might address those objections, all before you even hit the "submit" button.
Also consider carefully all the ways your comments can be interpreted and rework it if necessary to avoid misinterpretation. Look objectively at the tone of the comment; does it come across as angry, dismissive or insulting? Maybe that's what you want, but understand that will inevitably lead to an escalation.
-Humor and sarcasm may easily be misinterpreted as well, so try to be as matter-of-fact and professional as possible.
-No Double Posting – DO NOT willingly double post or post very similar posts multiple times.
-Before posting a thread, use the Search option to see if someone has already posted the same question.
-Please avoid using txt speak. There is plenty of capacity for creating eloquent, correctly punctuated posts. Txt speak will not get a good response from forum members and is likely to be deleted by moderators.
-Do not write in all CAPS, writing in all CAPS is rude in the internet world. It represents shouting and we do not appreciate unfriendliness on the forum.
-Post in the correct category. Read the forum descriptions if you are confused.
-Forum signatures are limited to four lines of text, normal font size. Signature content must conform to the same guidelines as all content in this code of conduct.
-Discussion or asking for sources to obtain illegal drugs, steroids, ancillary meds, DNP, clen, T3, illegal pro-hormones-research liquid products, or any other product not legally sold is illegal and is strictly prohibited.
-Any SPAM will be immediately deleted and the user warned.
-Trolling takes many forms, but the most offensive kind is the one whereby a user enters a discussion or thread or debate with the explicit purpose of making other people angry--either by expressing outlandish, controversial views that are bound to receive a negative response, or simply by posting the same thing over and over and ignoring feedback. Trolling is not something that will be tolerated. Being belligerent and antagonistic, or provoking other members intentionally, will be considered in the same light as trolling. Again, if you think you are being trolled, or if you see someone trolling someone else, please notify us by clicking the iReport link at the top navigation of this site.
9. PM System
-Do not send messages intending to cause upset to any other member of the community. If you receive any unsolicited messages intending to cause upset do not reply to it and report it.
-Do not pm the ladies asking for photos, google vagina and find your own!
10. Multiple accounts
Note: Whilst the moderators team monitors posts, it's impossible to find all posts that may break the rules. If you find a post that you feel breaches any of the rules please report the post to us. Do not post in the public form. Moderators will then decide if the post should be removed.
PinoyBodybuilding reserves the right to revise these Rules and Regulations at any time and users are deemed to be apprised of and bound by any changes to these Rules and Regulations.
