    Di kasi ako nakapag-reg sa isang gym. Kaya homeworkouts (bodyweight exercises) lang nagagawa ko. Salamat po talaga sa mga tips!

    Dinner na ganito 3-4x a week (PS. Mahal po kasi ng brocolli-ng yan.) pero wala nang hotdog at bread. Pinalitan na ng egg white na boiled

    Basta sa diet ko po, mini-make sure ko po na nakakakain ako ng protein ( hard boiled eggs ung white lang, tuna, chicken,) tapos konting carbs ( 1 cup of rice a day literal po half sa morning and halp po sa lunch) tapos gulay and fruits pag gabi.
