    Oo naman bro pero mas ok kasi kung at least 8hrs of sleep ka mas mahaba ang tulog mas mabilis recovery mo nun...habang tulog kasi tayo dun ka naggagain ng muscle at loose weight/fats.

    to be honest wala ako proper diet that time first 6 months ko sa GYM kung ano ang pagkain sa bahay un lang kinakain ko pero mali un kasi newbie lang ako. mahirap mag diet pero kung uugaliin mo masasanay ka din.

    No need to eat less you need is eat right. effort, patience, focus, consistent ang kailangan bro.
