    @RyanChin basta nakaready lang yung lahat ng pagkain ko kakainin ko kung kelan ako gutom or pag magigipit ako sa oras at mawawalan ng time kumain. Pag kulang kakain ako ng tapsilog 2 order. Sa corys foodhouse or tapaking. Before office ako nagbubuhat or nagbabasketball. Usually pagkagising. 3-4times a week minsan 4-5x depende sa density ng workout ko. Check mo journal ko naka-log dun. Hindi lang ako naglolog lately kasi same WO lang ginagawa ko for the past weeks.

    @dimzon03 sabi nga nila "dugo at pawis"... yeah right! Lol

    Kelangan ibalance bro. Sa ganiting situation nasusubok ang consistency and passion.

    Kung walang aesthetic goals at yun lang focus mo. Kaya yan. Max effort naman yung kelangan mo makuha e. Nung nabreak ko yung 400lbs, naka 410lbs then 425lbs ako in the same session puro triples ginawa ko. I think max ko for 3-5 reps that time is 385lbs. Less training frequency lang yung adjustment na ginawa ko para lumakas. From 5-7 days a week training binaba ko sa 3 days. Yung design kasi ng training ko density/work capacity dependent alam mo naman yun. Literal na lalakas ka overall hindi lang sa gym pero yun lang hindi pang max effort. Lalakas ka lalo pag fresh ka. At shempre aralin mo magpalakas ng hindi masyado bibigat timbang para statistically magimprove lalo.

    Yan ang tunay! Hindi naman talaga basis ang lakas or ganda ng katawan lalo na sa pahon ngayon na madaming captain america. Napakadali na din mag google at youtube. Nakakalito na kung sino pakikinggan. Swerte ka nalang pag may experience ka at kahit papano mahahalata mo kagad pag bibo lang kausap mo. Yung mga noobs ang totoong kawawa kasi sila yung naloloko lalo na pag gusto lang pala sila bentahan ng kung ano ano ni master lol

    Magexperiment ka. Trial and error lang yan. The simple truth is matagal mo mafi-figure out kung ano kelangan ng katawan mo. How much calories, how much protein/carb/fat, what specific food to eat, etc. Pati sa training ganun din, hindi mo malalaman kung yun at yun ginagawa mo every week, every month, every year (chest day monday, back day tuesday, legs and shoulder thursday, pabebe cardio etc.) Kahit kaninong bodybuilder program pa yan maniwala ka sakin parehas lang ng approach yan kung walang pagbabago sa systema ng training mo. Explore on other training methods. FYI, magkaiba ang program, routine and training system.

    Eto pa, hindi porke nagttrack ka ng calories/macros e nasa tamang direction ka, hindi porke 1g/lb protein intake mo sufficient din, hindi porke nag memeasure ka ng food good diet na, hindi porke intense lagi WO mo at 8 hours sleep optimal na... all these things are good pero wala din kwenta kung hindi naman nagfi-fit together lahat ng variables na yan.

    Again... Experiment. Trail and Error. Time.

  • Cardio or no cardio??

    1) Hindi kelangan ng cardio para palabasin yung abs - true, if your training is enough to boost your metabolism and/or create a deficit.

    2) 4 months na ginagawa ko weights+Abs workout pero hindi parin matanggal yung fat. - Depends on how much fat you have. There is a certain point (bodyfat level) where you can get lean and see your abs in a 4 month period. Pero kung sobrang taas ng BF mo it will obviously take longer.

    3) kailangan ko ba talaga mag cardio? Some say yes, some say no. The truth is at some point, kelangan mo magcardio. Kahit yung mga genetically gifted bodybuilders e nagcacardio din minsan pag kelangan (like Dexter Jackson). Possible na magka-abs without cardio, pero kung ayaw talaga lumabas bakit mo pipigilan sarili mo gumawa ng ibang methods para ma-achieve goal mo.

    4) pero nagpapalaki rin kasi ako ng katawan - So what you really want is a muscular body with abs? Dadating ka din dun, madaming trial and error not to mention that it will take YEARS to achieve that.
