    Warm up set:

    155lbs/70kg x 5

    Working set
    Inclined BB press

    Inclined DB press
    3x12 -60lbs/27kg

    DB. Crush grip Press

    Single arm low to high cable cross fly

    Lunch: First Meal/Post workout meal

    Pan seared chicken breast + Carrot + Baguio beans :) + cup white rice. Nilagay ko ang ibang chicken sa "MAS Soup Sarap" ng 7/11, 10 pesos per sachet, sarap ng soup parang cream of corn/mushroom etc. ng Knorr hehe

    below pic- eto ako bago nag papayat, exercise ko pabebe jogging lol for 1hr (5min run 5min walk interval) everyday after office

    Actually ang motivation ko dito mga army, navy, marines kasi gusting gusto ko dati mag afp kaso di na pwede dahil sa age lol haha. Kasi dahil din siguro sa disiplinado sila sa katawan kaya lean na lean sila kaya tinitrain ko mind ko na tumakbo araw araw para maging kasing katawan nila.

    Anyway June 2015-2016 ( I started cutting rice) gulay at prutas pagkain ko at green tea ginagawa kong tubig.

    Mag 1 year na pala ako sa march, eto kuha ko kahapon, medyo pumped lol

    kaya NEVER give up! samahan mo lang ng malinis na DIET, may sinabi si sir troll eh nakalimutan ko nanaman, basta sabi nya everything starts in the kitchen mga ganun hahaha. Sorry na highjack ko na journal mo. GOOD LUCK paps!!
