Good day po. newbie po ako dito. Height=5'10" Weight=82.1 Kg Body type= sugar coated body.(pero di masyadong katabaan.) Health issue.(tumataas yong dugo paminsan minsan/highblood). 1 day palang mag work out.(Strength buildin)(5x5 compound movement). Ask po. ano pong unang gagawin ko mag focus muna sa bulking or i cut muna yong taba sa katawan? dito po ako nalilito sa part nato kung bulking or cutting phase. Thanks! Have a nice day!
