legs workout ko, squatt 3 sets 12 reps 180lbs, pag mahina nako nakaka lima na lang, legs extension, as per the weights na nakasulat is 250lbs, then yung isang machine na ginagamit ko yung itinutulak pataas ng legs 220lbss 3 sets 12reps din tapos ung para sa hamstrings ung nakadapa tapos ung binti ang mag aangat 80lbs, then ung huli is yung may hawak ako dumbell 100lbs tapos sumo squat ata tawag dun.biro nyo sa loob ng halos 7 years ganun lang timbang ko? hirap ako mag palaki kahit na nabigat buhat ko kaya now nahingi na ako ng tulong sa gamot hehehe although naging ok naman katawan ko kahit pano(compare sa timbang at katawan ko dati) im still wanting more para maging ideal sa height ko at para na rin sa sarili ko kaya help me guys, please ;)maya pag uwe ko upload ko recent pics ko pati na rin ung bago ko mag workout.

Medyo mahirap talaga magsabi sir kung wala po pics, we weren't sure kung hard gainer na tunay ka or just eating below your required surplus like akala mo lang marami yun pala kulang pa

salamat brod. oo 7 years na halos next year feb 7 years na. basic workout lang tapos napapahinto pero nabalik din naman agad after 3 months. walang supplement and kain lang, work at kung ano ano pa,kumbaga hindi dedicated. kaya now, mag fofocus nako sa lahat, food, supplement, posture, workout etc related sa bodybuilding

Definitely form issues. You will most likely have a lot to work on. Read the link that jettie gave you earlier and that should give you enough idea w/ the basics on squatting we also have benching 101 and deadlift 101 threads that might also give you ideas on form check on the said lifts.

salamat brod tama ka, dapat talaga tuloy tuloy. ngayon magagawa ko na yan,may oras na ko sa workout then pati sa mga food at supplement. proper workout na talaga kelangan ko. kung sa lakas din lang malakas nga ako un nga lang nasablay minsan sa posture. pero sa pansin ko sa squat lang ako sablay kasi ung ibang training naman nagagawa ko ng maayos.

ang totoo nyan ngayon pa lang ako gumamit at yan palang ang kauna unahan payo ng kaibigan ko. ok naman sya sa pakiramdam ko kaya masaya ako sa pag gamit. at inaasahan ko na makatulong din yan para makatulong sa plano ko na mag gain ng lean muscles pa. may iba pa ho ba kayo mai rerekomenda maliban sa supplement?

ang totoo nyan ngayon pa lang ako gumamit at yan palang ang kauna unahan payo ng kaibigan ko. ok naman sya sa pakiramdam ko kaya masaya ako sa pag gamit. at inaasahan ko na makatulong din yan para makatulong sa plano ko na mag gain ng lean muscles pa. may iba pa ho ba kayo mai rerekomenda maliban sa supplement?
boss, yung nag gym kasi sa gym ko, nag steroids at sabi nila di raw masama yung ini inject nila. meron daw masama at ok na steroids. totoo ba yon?
