Sana matulongan nyo ako, hindi pa ako nag take ng supplements , but im planning na bumili ng PM7 for leaner muscle, almost 1 month na ako nag ggym at may progress naman, from 89kg to 80 kg . pero hindi consistent yong pag tetake ko ng mga protein kasi hindi ako araw araw nkakain ng egg / tuna/ chicken breast / red meat. pero control talaga ako sa diet ko. ang sa akin lang. ano ba ang kulang ko bakit inaantok ako minsan sa gym?

Try kang gumawa ng playlist to motivate yourself. It always works for me and keeps the pump all the way.
