    After 2 weeks. So far may improvement naman. Gnun prn ang buhat ko pero nagdagdag ako ng cardio 20 mins lng after magbuhat.

    Mga boss ok lang ba bmli ako ng 1 whole roasted chickb alisin ko nalang skin. Pagkain ko sa buong araw? Btw brown rice ang gamit ko. Thanks

    i was just kidding....go ahead and eat everything..i eat 4-8eggs a day including the yolk, just make sure dont overcook it..if you can eat it raw the better...pero wag at baka mag food poisoning ka pa

    if you will eat it right away try mo boil it in 3 to 4 minutes, dun masarap kasi malasado at mainit init hindi nakaka umay kainin unlike sa hard boiled talaga lasang chalk ang yolk. Pero kung later mo pa kakainin, much better I hard boiled mo na.
