    Umpisahan mo muna magpataba sabay magbuhat ka. kung hirap ka magpataba uminom ka ng serious mass or mutant mass sigurado mag-gagain ka ng weight.

    consistency lang sir,, during the process kasi matututo ka sa mga pag kakamali mo,sa advices ng ibang tao,masasanay ka etc.etc.. basta consistent ka at passionate sa goal mo you'll get results. Start ka muna sa basics, sanayin mo muna sarili mo, at wag ka maatat. hehehe. Good luck sir!

    Sir troll, matanong ko na rin pala. Ano po ba ang basics? What i mean kung newbie talaga ako saan ako mag sisimula? Anong workout? Yung iba kasi kasama na ako dyan nag umpisa sa 5x5 stronglift, which is btw according to you hindi pang beginner na wo. Saan at ano ba talaga ang wo ng beginners?

    well i have nothing against stronglifts, it a great way to break strength plateaus, ........the word is plateaus, which newbies will not experience yet...workouts? as long as compound yung 1st and 2nd exercise, then do isolation work, 8-12 reps muna, why? so theyll understand what mind to muscle connection is to avoid injury, do it less than an hour
