Dito mag sisimula ang journey ko sa pag papa-ganda ng aking katawan. Actually mag almost one month na ako sa pagbubuhat i see little to no improvements at all. Dahil baka pa tigil tigil ako, or hindi ko pa alam ang ginagawa ko nung mga first weeks ko sa pag punta ko ng gym. Pero ngayon bumili na ako ng Mutant Mass para maka tulong sa calorie intake ko dahil hirap ako sa pag intake ng maraming calories. Simula bukas meron na akong solid program na susundan. Nag post ako ng before pics ko para lang may mapag kumparahan ako ng improvements ko dito sa Journal ko. I will be posting tomorrow after gym kung ano ang log ko sa program na susundin ko. Hopefully makapag post ako ng magagandang improvements by end of december.
I will be updating this post every tapos ng session ko sa gym.

Good luck sir.. tama sabe nila. kain tapos gym, kain gym.. tapos sabayan mo ng maayos na pahinga, dapat kumpleto tulog mo.. buhat-kain ng madame-tulog ng madame.. tapos tuloy tuloy lang, importante din ang consistency.. hehehe.

Gusto ko pa sana dagdagan kaso pag Malaklak kona mutant mass busog na busog na ako agad. Hmm.
Extra notes:
Medyo nahilo ako nung first take ko ng mutant mass kanina. Hopefully nabigla lang ako at di na ma ulit.

ok naman yan sir.. siguro dagdagan mo pa.. like snacks in between meals. example, breakfast ka ng umaga mga 7am.. Tapos mga 9am-10am kain ka ng snacks. healthy dapat, like bread with peanut butter or eggs.etc.. wag junk foods ha. hahaha.. tapos lunch naman ng 12pm.. tapos pag dating ng 3pm-4pm snacks ulit... tapos dinner naman mga 6pm-7pm.. tapos bago matulog mag snack ka ulit mga 9pm. hahaha.. kung may palengke sa inyo malapit pagiling ka ng mani para maging peanut butter. ganun ginagawa ng mama ng asawa ko,, pag pumupunta dito sa bahay may dalang isang malaking jug ng peanut butter na pinagiling sa palengke, alam mo yung lalagyan ng pinaka malaking mayonnaise, sa ganun nakalagay tapos 500 pesos lang ata yun. yun papakin mo kapag wala kang makain kagad.matagal maubos yun kaya budget friendly. pero syempre mas ok kung may variety para hindi ka mag sawa.
