Hello Guys

first question mga brader
I started going to the gym to prepare myself and gain muscles at thesame time gusto ko mawala yung taba sa lower belly.
Starting weight was 152lbs and after a month lumiit tyan ko ang weight gain of 160lbs, observation is that napalitan ng muscles yung taba, pero i cannot get rid of the belly..
Any ideas how i can loose the flab and have a flatter tummy with out comprmising muscle loss

    it's good you keep track of your body pics

    it would also help a lot if you will track the progress of the plate weight and number of reps per session

    put it in writing, the memory can fail :)

    Hi dear....
    According to me you muscles building program is not under the supervision of good trainer..
    Must use the proper tips of the professional for muscles building...

    keep up mo lang yung weight training mo...
    then sa diet ka na babanat para sa belly fats mo.. diet and cardio will do...
    ano po bang preferd mong kainin?..
    ano po bang balak mong gawin diet?

    ano po bang balak mong gawin diet?

    > Balak ko po sanang magpaganda ng katawan for wedding preparation this Oct and look good on that special day :)

    kulang yung 7months kasi wedding yun malamang naka formal kayo dun diba?di masyado makikita yun hehe

    wala talaga kasi tol naka formal ka malamang nun hehe..pero pag naka shirt,sando or sleveless eh yun makikita dun...

    unless nalang kung kasing laki mo sila jay cutler tapos nag barong ka ayun ang lapad mo nun
