Cut or bulk(Novice)

Good day, newbie po ako dito. hihingi po sanang idea knowledge.

Weight= 82.1 Kg
Body type=(sugar coated body)
Health issue=(HIGH BLOOD paminsan minsa).
Work out= 3x a week.(5x5 compound movement). Kaka start palang nung Feb.04,2020). pero nakpad try na dati mag calisthenics.

Nutrition=( no idea pano gagawin).(Need help).
ask lang po ano po bang unang gagawin ko, bulking or cutting phase muna?.
