Confused

May mga tanong ko lang po if ilang beses dapat mag take ng mass gainer sa isang araw at ilang scoop ba dapat? Tsaka ano mas okay na ihalo, skim milk or water?

Payat po ako, okay lang ba kung 1 day apart ako mag gym? Salamat!!

    Unang una why need mo mag mass gainer??? di mo ba ma hit yung calories mo for a day? why not to stick in real foods or whey protein with peanut butter oatmeal and egg whites and banana for me mas ok na mass gainer yun kesa sa binibili...

    ano din ba kinakain mo sa isang araw

    Don't waste your money on mass gainers. Eat real foods (except fried foods). Whey, creatine, & some pre-workout supps will do the trick.

  • Bro take it from me. Ectomorph ako and I bought 3 ON mass (6lbs ea) and 2 (12lbs ea)

    Nasayang lang pera ko dito. I didn't research well kasi.

    Naging skinny fat lang ako eh lol

    Ngayon nag gain na ko ng mass.

    How?

    I bought whey instead and nagcompound exercises ako at of course maraming kain na rin. Wag mo iasa sa supplement, mas ok kapag galing sa real foods. Pandagdag ko lang yung whey pag kinulang ang protein requirement ko for the day.

    Just sharing my personal experience.
